Stay 4 nights in this hostel. If you want a nice cozy place, serene and calm; probably I recommend this place. Book an ensuite single room and this place is one of a kind with its interior outside. They should have put a television in each room thats what i recommended in his place

The theme of the hostel is like a tree house, I think it's pretty cool. We stayed in a double ensure and the room was big, large beds, AC, clean and the bathroom was also clean with warm and hot water immediately! The only downer was that we stayed on the 3rd floor and there was no wifi which was...

Overpriced for what it is, loads of mosquitoes, really noisy, running water was not working for me at night so couldn't shower, and unfriendly staff. Room was okay, and good location close to bars and train station.

Nice authentic and a but weird hostel! It does make you feel like you're in an exotic place. This is a hostel, so I guess the conditions are alright. One minor recommendation though would be to make wifi available in rooms! Quite inconvenient for travelers to always go downstairs in order to stay connected.

Incredible. Would highly highly highly recommend for backpackers looking for the full backpacker experience. Our private room had everything we needed, including a balcony. There was cheap breakfast in the morning and the staff was very friendly! Centrally located with tons of bars and restaurants everywhere!

Cheap and basic. Very dark teak so very dark. Noisy too. But it was clean, bed and pillow were comfortable, basic breakfast included. I did get bitten a lot sitting in the lobby using the wifi, not in the room. Short walk to Nana sky train. I'll try somewhere else next time.

It was our first night in Thailand so I think our standards were quite low. It's clean but the beds are uncomfortable and the room was quite noisy. The space is great and has a charming feel. Staff weren't incredibly helpful as they don't speak great English. Overall we were satisfied.

We stayed here for three nights while in Bangkok. Good location near the skytrain, Siam Square etc. We took a twin room. Rooms were good enough. Hot water, air con all working. The place has a great laid back atmosphere with cool decor. There is also an In house laundry which is convenient. Price was okay for location but you...

I stayed for a night with some friends. The room was really basic but clean. It was affordable anf close to a nice market with plenty of stalls selling street food. A bit far from the Royal Palace área and Khao San, but still lovely area.

I came across this hostel 7 years ago. It was my favorite hostel of my trip at that time, so when I returne this summer I went to Suk 11 too and it was still great. Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, but the water pressure for the showers was low. Wifi only in the lobby downstairs. The plants everywhere give a...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

“The double rooms are very clean and comfy, especially for a backpacker!”
  • A bit noisy but nothing you can't sleep through.
  • Simple but really all you need, it works just fine and has both hot and cold water.
  • Less is more, this was really cool! And there's a lamp for all you late nite shower people.
