Average hotel (would rank it 5.5/10). We did not expect a miracle having reviewed the comments below, and it turned out to be exactly as in the pictures on Tripadvisor - this place looks as if the time stopped in 90's there and requires serious / general renovation. Pros and cons below: - Towels smell badly (even after the cleaning...

We had a family room . We needed to walk 30 minuts en 2 elevators before we were out. The hotel is old. The windows dont open. Location was not good for us. Bangkok is too buisy and polluted. Staf was nice. Swimmingpool was good. Hotel is to big for us.

Reasonable hotel, but really needs to be updated. We booked a superior room which had a reasonable size, bathroom was clean. However the room was dated as well as the public areas in the hotel, which smelled a bit moldy too. Breakfast was great, had a wide selection of Asian and Western items. No Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in...

For my second stay, I knew what to expect. The room was clean, AC worked well. 2 room suite was perfect for group of 4. To avoid any issues, we kept the Do not Disturb sign on our door for the day. Shopping in Bobae tower was convenient, though you need to know exactly what you're looking for and ask...

My wife and I stayed her for 4 nights in early November 2016. It is a large, corporate-style, impersonal place which seems more interested in holding business conventions or conferences that anything else. The access to our room seemed unwieldly. We entered through a front door, took an elevator to the 11th floor reception then had to walk through the...

C tower is best situated, swimming pool without people and croud, close for breakfast, better rooms than in B. The location of hotel is great because the boat is under the hotel, price for person 14 bath. Do not to order taxi through the hotel, Ideally carried from the street and enabled taximeter - all Bangkok for 200 bath.

Nice big place with beautiful decor. Lots of rooms and a beautiful pool with lots of sun and sun chairs. Lots of staff stationed throughout so that was helpful. Busy place, can see why it is popular. Right in the center of a hectic market - we arrived early at the train station and taxi drivers would not take us...

I stayed in this hotel because it was the location of a conference I recently attended for work. The meeting space was fine, and the refreshments provided by the catering staff were good. The buffet for our banquet was good. The rooms were quite affordable, so that allowed many people to attend who might otherwise not have been able to...

Set amongst the hustle and bustle of markets that operate from midnight until 4pm is a hotel that from ground level looks much like a train station of people coming and going . Once you travel upstairs to the 11th floor to check in you quickly see this is no train station , as always friendly efficient staff greet you...

We stayed at the Prince Palace Hotel from 11/18/16 - 11/21/16. This Hotel is pretty big, reminds me of the mega hotels in Las Vegas. Our 1st room was in Tower B, room #21108 which was changed due to the smoky smell. The new room (#22308) was an improvement. To get to our room from the front desk (on the...
