Very good hotel, large area and free drinks, the staff is very welcoming and attentive. The hotel is very well located, very close to shopping malls and fast tracks and very convenient. It is a great place to stay. I always stay at this hotel when my daughter and I, three generations of our family, stay in Bangkok.
It is directly connected to BTS Phrom Phong Station and is in the best location in Bangkok, where traffic is heavy and there is heavy rainy season.
The shopping center directly connected to the station and the hotel has many facilities for children to enjoy, such as trampolines.
The hotel's family rooms have kitchens, laundry facilities, and bathrooms in each room, making it ideal for family stays.
The pool on the 7th floor is large and has many beach beds for relaxing.
There are Japanese staff, so you can stay with peace of mind.
As my children get older, I hope there will be connecting rooms.

We are very grateful for the kindness and courteous service provided by the hotel staff. However, considering the location, I feel there is room for improvement in the management’s response to noise issues.
We have been staying at this hotel for an extended period, and the noise problem has been serious. For a short stay, it may not be a significant issue, but in the one-room deluxe room where we initially stayed, the club music from the Sky View Terrace continued until around 4 AM, causing our children to have trouble sleeping, which greatly impacted our family’s rest. Although the hotel accommodated our request to move to another room, we then experienced continuous noise from the EmSphere side, and as a result, our children have been taking sleeping pills to get through the night.
When we requested another room change, we were presented with the following three options: 1. A room that was too small for our family, 2. A room that was 40,000 baht more expensive, making it impractical to move (although it was explained as a "service price," it was almost the same as the regular price), 3. Pay a deposit and leave the hotel.
Despite the negative impact on our health, we were only given these limited options, which left us feeling very confused. While we are grateful for the support of the staff, we hope the management will work on improvements in the future.
For those sensitive to noise or planning a long-term stay with family, caution may be necessary.

Regarding the noise from the Sky View Hotel, we have verified with their Bar’s Management that their operating hours are from 6 pm to 1 am. While they are allowed to play music until 1 am, they must reduce the volume and ensure it does not exceed 80 decibels after midnight to comply with local district regulations. Front desk staff during check in and check out were courteous. However, head of concierge had an attitude and looked grumpy during my two encounters with him even though the tasks were passed right straight on to his subordinate for handling. Staff including the chefs in the breakfast venue were courteous and servers were efficient in clearing empty plates and kept the floor spotless. Over the room, everything worked well except the air filter was clogged with thick layers of dust whereby creating a dusty odour in the room. Also, the refrigerator was about time for a renewal as the motor was excessively noisy.

Emporium Suites is located close to BTS Phrom Pong and Emporium Shopping Centre adjoins to it making it an even more convenient stay. You also have Emquartier as well just opposite that have loads of restaurants and shopping. On our first night we were provided a suite that did not have a washing machine. We spoke with Mr Setisak at the front desk who was apologetic and accommodating and arranged us a room with one for the following day for the remainder of our stay. In the future after booking ensure to either check or request a room with a washing machine if you require this as not all rooms have this feature. Also it appears that they are refurbishing the rooms to keep them maintained which is a good sign of good management of the suites. All the staff from the front desk, cleaners, concierge and breakfast waiters and chefs were polite and accommodating during our stay. The downsides could be that if you are a light sleeper the music from other venues around the area at night May wake you even if you are on the higher floors. Also I believe not all rooms are equal and some may need refurbishing due to wear which management seem to be progressively working on improving. Will be returning again this year and staying at Emporium Suites as this is the place where it is value for money for the convenience and proximity to the BTS. But the staff and their hospitality make it an even better stay.

We often stay here because it offers excellent value in a fantastic shopping and dining area. Its proximity to the Phrom Phong BTS station is also very convenient. One of the main reasons we choose to stay here is the spaciousness of the one or two-bedroom suites, which are perfect for accommodating our kids. The additional lounge area is very convenient, and the suite also features a nice galley-style kitchen with a clothes washer and dryer.
The rooms are well-cleaned and have everything you need for a comfortable stay: lots of TV channels, good water pressure, and air conditioning.
The only thing that annoys us about this Hotel is the elevators. There are only three floors to service the whole Hotel and the resident floors of the 40-plus-story building. The Hotel starts from floor 25. There can be long waits at busier times in the early evening, which can be annoying. It was annoying enough for us to return to Siam instead of this area on our next visit. We visit over six times a year as Thailand residents.
They are promoting their buffet breakfast at the moment, and it is good. However, we eat muesli; they only had their Bircher muesli with full-cream milk. We ended up buying and bringing our own, which defeated the purpose. It's a small thing, I know, but it makes a difference to us.
We stayed on what they call the 'City view' side of the Hotel. We will never stay on this side of the building again. It is much noisier than the park side, even from floor 27, where we stayed.
Overall, this is a lovely, well-maintained suite and apartment-style Hotel in a great area.

Stayed at the Emporium Suites from the 24th of December to the 31st of December. I have had the opportunity to stay in a lot many hotels across the world, mainly because of an IT Consulting career. Thailand is an exceptionally beautiful country to visit and I have been staying at the Emporium Suites, every time I visit. I can say without any reservation that this is one of the finest hotels that I have stayed in, the rooms are large and well-appointed with sweeping Bangkok views, the maid service is impeccable, and you can even call in twice in one day to have your room serviced. Room service is fantastically quick and they have an impressive cuisine list to order from. The Emporia restaurant is upscale and has great service. The swimming pool is on the 26th floor, and well maintained. The hotel is also connected to the Skytrain, Emquartier, and Emporium Malls. . Customer service starting from reservation to check out is outstanding, staff is friendly and accommodating. I know that I will stay here, next time I visit this wonderful country.
