The check in procedure was chaotic, there's numerous tour groups staying at the hotel, and the check in stuff, though friendly enough, struggle to cope. I was asked for a 1,000 Baht deposit, the room was fully prepaid, the deposit can only be paid by cash. Nobody was able to tell me if the deposit was to guarantee incidentals, items...

a solid big hotel. i got a quiet room facing the inner side. everything good (without anything luxury). a nice deal for the price for such hotel. did not get breakfast since it would have raised the price a lot, there are so many thai eateries and a market around (if you are fine with thai food). first week of...

Stayed 3 nights with my wife in a double en-suite room in Mar 17. It's in an excellent, central location on Silom Road. The reception area is massive & always busy with people, you have to run the gauntlet of restaurants and tour operators to get in. However the room was nice with a fridge, TV & the bed was...

Narai is a big hotel with reasonably prices. It is well located in Silom road. A lot of people coming and going but everything went well. Workpeople were nice and if I had something that worried me, I got help. My room was in 10th floor with good view. Room was cleaned up every day. I was very satisfied.

Really good location and great breakfast. Bed was terrible. Nice pool area. Entrance is loud and restless but it's a big hotel. Nice food street really close to hotel. All taxi and tuktuk drivers seems to know this hotel :)

This hotel is ok but the entrances is a bit glopmy and smelly. We arrived late and the man at the reception was not very friendly. He looked at our reservation over and over even though everything was confirmed and we had even emailed them to tell them that we were travelling with kids. They had confirmed it was ok...

Just checked out of the hotel this morning, after 3 nights stay with my wife. This is my second stay here. The location was good. 10 minutes walk from Chong Nonsi sky train station. Neighborhood was pleasant with many food outlets, thai massage places. Our room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. The breakfast was good. At night, the lobby...

We really enjoyed our stay, although it was quick, just two nights. Their driver waited for us at the airport for 2.5 hours due to delays and customs. They had a great buffet breakfast that was included. I would stay their again.

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
