A large centrally located hotel within walking distance of transit, good amenities, shuttle to transit, good buffet breakfast, nice pool, impressive lobbies However outdated petri-dish carpeting in rooms and dining room is a turnoff. All Thai hotels provide daily free bottles of water in room but its bottles were strangely glass and not fully resealable meaning they annoyingly could not...

Pleasant and accommodating staff. It is about 1 km away from pratunam and Indra square. When we wanted to gave gala food, it was within walking distance for us. When we checked out, there was a confusion but it was well managed. Thank you for making stay pleasant.

the hotel was clean. the breakfast was good. every time you leave the hotel to go somewhere in Bangkok by car or bus it would take at least 45min. I felt the staff was to impersonal. the lobby was large and very nice.

Nice hotel. Staff friendly. Rooms adequate. No balconies, which I always find to be a downfall in a hotel. Not tremendous views from the room, unless you like watching rush-hour traffic on the freeway below. Smoking area provided outside the main entrance in a little garden setting sitting area, but watch out for the mosquitoes. Short walking distance to the...

The entry has a real wow factor. Scattered with very comfortable sitting areas all around the foyer area. Very inviting and great place to wait for airport pick up. They also have a private Business Centre area which has PC etc for a price. Great porters and the best aircon which hits you when you walk in off the street

Hotel is situated at busy intersection, and although there was constant traffic the noise was never unbearable in our room on the 16th floor. The hotel has swimming pool and gym which we never had time to use because there is so much to see and do in Bangkok on a short stay. Our room had a very large, comfortable...

Stayed 4 nights on arrival in Thailand. The hotel is lovely and modern. We had a room on the 15th floor with a panoramic view over the city. We paid for breakfast and although on the pricey side we felt it was worth it. About a ten minute walk to the skytrain but if we came again we'd probably want...

My wife and I stayed here when we were on her shopping spree. She did the shopping while I checked the massage spas. Many to chose from for everything you would want. This place was really nice with a great view from the 11th floor. We used our credits from Club Tropical so it didn't cost us a dime.
