It’s the 3rd time we stayEd here ... the staffs are super friendly & helpful. The food including breakfast and lunch are great; though the change of varieties aren’t much but the food is fresh & yummy. Another great advantage to stay here in Jasmine City is it’s really closed with Terminal 21 shopping mall where you could taste all kind of street food but in clean environment (and most important is the price - low price; same as street price yet food taste yummy). Will choose to stay here in Jasmine city hotel if I go to Bangkok again.

We chose this hotel for the location and it was a good choice. We have been greeted nicely and welcoming by the staff and have even been allowed to do an early check-in which was wonderful considering we have 2 young and very active kids. The one bedroom Suite, which we booked is very spacious. A big living room with a small but fully functional kitchen, a big bedroom and bathroom with a bathtub. It was on the 21st floor overlooking part of the city, but mostly just big buildings in front of most windows. But enough sunlight got in. My sons did enjoy the glimpse they could get onto the BTS every time it past. The complex included a few smaller shops, Subway, Boots, Officemate a few restaurants and beauty shops and MaxValu Supermarket. Very convenient if it is raining and you are very hungry or thirsty. Parking is as well available, but be aware that you need to drive up a lot of ramps before reaching the actual parking area. The parking spaces are small, therefore better to come with a smaller car or during the weekend when there are less people going to the office. Otherwise it is just a short stroll to Terminal 21 or the BTS. The pool are is really nice. A bit dated but very good maintained. As we have been the only ones enjoying the pool, they switched on the waterfall and airjets once we got into the water. Overall a nice stay.

I stayed here for three nights in December 2023. I transferred to Makkasan from the airport and arrived at Sukhumvit Station in about 45 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from the station to the entrance at the back of the building. There are Starbucks, Italian, Yakiniku, Subway in the building, and Max Value (Aeon) in the basement, where you can buy Japanese food and Japanese-made food and drinks. The building has an old impression, but it is well-cleaned, and the building and rooms are clean. The lobby is relatively small, which was surprising considering the large hotel. I was shown to a room on the 21st floor. Although the entire building is non-smoking, there was a slight cigarette smell. The room was 2LDK (living, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom), which was spacious for one person and felt lonely. Some rooms seemed to have a washing machine. Bottled water was also replenished every day. The hot water was good and I was able to take a long soak in the bathtub. There are three elevators, so you can use them immediately without waiting. You cannot go to the floor you need without a card key. The restaurant is on the third floor. It was spacious and clean. In addition to Western and Thai food, they also had breakfast porridge and noodles. I recommend this hotel for those who want to stay all day or just at night, and there are many shopping malls and restaurants around the hotel, so it was very convenient. There were staff who could speak Japanese, and I could watch Japanese TV programs (NHK/5 commercial stations) in real time, and if you add in overseas stations, you could watch nearly 100 programs.

I would never stay here again. The company are about profits and making money rather than helping their guests. I booked two rooms for 7 nights and requested extra bed I was told they would try to help. When I turned up they wanted extra 1000 baht per night, I declined to pay based on principal and they told me my daughter of 8 years could sleep on the floor . We ended up termination our stay early and stay elsewhere. I would appreciate your support if you didn’t book this hotel that left us stranded as we need to stand up to the corporations who are greedy

Just steps from both the Asoke (BTS) and Sukhumvit (MRT) stations and a seemingly infinite amount of restaurants, eateries, and other amenities.

The pool was small but lovely, and the gym large and well equipped even if not exactly flashily modern.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The welcome treats were a lovely touch

We splurged on the Jacuzzi Suite which was great, but just note that ours was near the main road and so received some traffic noise if you are sensitive to that.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is absolutely top notch, you can get everywhere quickly and you can also walk to many bars, malls, etc. on Sukhumvit. Overall, the hotel is pretty good, the pool is great and the staff is very nice. The price-performance ratio is still OK, but the hotel is not a bargain.

location was super !
only 2 minutes walking to asok bts station that integrated to sukhumvit mrt station.
upgraded to spa suite room which is more spacious and the pool right in front of our room…thx. unfortunately, the 50’ smart tv was only for tv channel…useless !
the housekeeping staff was more friendly than others.
on may 28 around 1030 pm, i called the fo to request breakfast box, but he told me that he could not make it coz the coffee shop was closed.
then i went out to buy water at the supermarket downstairs and i met the staff at the lounge bar (mr. yenk). i asked him to do a favor for breakfast box and he just wrote the order. while checkingout at 7 am, the breakfast box was ready at the receptiont.
thank you, the nightshift fo staff for your effortless act :( but big thank you, mr. yenk, for your help :)
hotel facilities n food quality were fine, but the hotel staff need an upgraded training of service.

Well, I have lots of positives to say, but let me preface it with if you want brand spanking new accomations it is a bit on the older side. It didn't matter to us as it was: super clean, one of the best breakfast buffets we've had, comfy bed, but only 2 pillows (I suppose we could have requested more). The staff was very welcoming. We enjoyed Happy Hour by the poolside with some nice appetizer options. We had fish and chips spring rolls wine, beer. The prices were reasonable.
Only downside: hot tub was operational when we arrived, then 2 days into our visit it was drained. The workout equipment needs some updating/maintenance.
The view by the pool is nice. The location is great--a million places to walk to with a small modern grocery on the lower level.

Asoke Station (BTS) and Squimbit Station (MRT) are interchangeable stations, making it convenient for tourism and business. You can get to the station with little rain. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and always smiling. The area around the hotel is downtown, but it's a high-rise, so you can't hear the surroundings. In addition, there is no damage from flooding due to rain. The facilities are old but well maintained, so there is absolutely no problem with accommodation. I was a language student and stayed there for six months and I was very comfortable. There is also a shared space for learning, which was very helpful. There is a free yoga class (basic) by the hotel staff, which will help you change your mind. I think it is very valuable for short-term sightseeing trips, long-term business trips, and short-term study abroad. Finally, thank you all for your consideration. We will also visit.

We booked this Hotel expecting a nice stay. Oh yes, we got a great upgrade into a big room, maybe suite. Unfortunately the aircon was very noisy and in the morning some M&E services were activated which makes it impossible to sleep. Maybe next time we don’t want an upgrade but stay in a smaller room on a lower level. What a pity for such a good placed Hotel.
