Disgusting hotel with disgusting staff Unclean beds and air conditioner were out of service, wouldn't have stayed even a night there for free next time. Kindly check rooms first before even booking Total waste of money.

Room condition is not good. AC is not working. Avoid this hotel. You will feel like hell. You cannot sit in room for even five minutes. Terrible experience. Services are poor. No one even come to attend your complaint

If you're on a budget and probably will just need the place for keeping your stuff or to stay for the night, this is a very affordable place. It even has a pool, so thats an added bonus. Location wise its close to Nana BTS and soi 4. The wifi was good.

Unico Express Hotel is perfectly located for visits to Bumrungrad Hospital, and a taxi ride and/or walk to the modern mall which is called Terminal 21. The room we stayed at on the 8th floor, was very nice, had a hot shower, a working and cold refrigerator, a modern flat-screen Samsung TV with many interesting channels, complimentary towels, 2 complimentary...

Booked superior room and it had no window. We demanded change and were put in deluxe room which was nice. Also booked standard room which was as advertised but very dated and dirty. There is also work being done at this hotel at the moment so the pool area is next to a building site.

Pros The location was fine for what we needed - the hospital across the road. It was close to bars and restaurants when we went out at night and they topped up the waters each day. Cons The rooms were very basic and old style. We couldn't get a double bed even though we booked one - were told it...

I've done decades of work in the developing world and have stayed in very rural areas, but this was one of the most horrid venues I have ever encountered. Not only was the room nothing like it was described in a very specific reservation - their front desk staff were, by far, the rudest and nastiest gentlemen that I have...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
