I've booked 4 nights at President Park Hotel after my first and only night (initially I was supposed to stay 5 nights) at the KT Mansion, where I had truly terrible experience. I've already written the review about this disaster, so I'll stop here. Anyway as this was my last 4 days in Thailand I really wanted to have a...

Stayed from 26th feb for 3 nights. We're upgraded to executive suite rooms 1203. The room was very spacious and equipped with self operate washing machine, microwave oven, induction stove and large bath tub. It's even have a balcony. Location wise you need to walk about 15minutes for the Malls and subways. Hard to get local food around this hotel....

Having been to many other hotels or apartments in Bangkok, President Park is the only place that I would want to go back to, having been back to it for the past year. Hotel is clean and aesthetically pleasant, hotel staff are friendly and courteous and will help you with anything you need. The only downside? They don't have enough...

After reading the reviews and observing the rating for President Park I had some high expectations for the hotel. The comment that seemed to be omitted from all the reviews I saw was 'you get what you pay for' ! The hotel is quite dated and in need of a makeover, the room decor was worn out and the years...

Reception staff was excellent. That's where it stopped. The room was adequate, the pillows on the bed were hard as rocks, and the hotel seems to have been built as a condo and then converted. Some very nice features, if you want to wash clothes, since the room was equipped with a washer. (iron in the closet). Tried to get...

Entered a flashy hotel reception hoping for 4 star accommodation, got an old and tired room over the road in a different building.. Not impressed! Would not recommend this hotel. It was not particularly cheap either.

A number of us stayed here and I think we were somewhat aware that there were multiple buildings, but we were not aware of the drastic difference in quality. The main building, where the reception desk and breakfast are, is decent. The building I was put in (called the Mayflower? presumably because it's as clean and disease free as a...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
