The staff here let the hotel down. Unfriendly apart from reception. Rooms tired and dated There are loads of good hotels in Bangkok this is not one of them. I will not return here or recommend it. We booked this hotel as a kuoni package and would surgest kuoni look at this hotel and rethink placing clients here. Breakfast okay...

This hotels looks a bit tired. The lobby, bars area and other public areas look fine but I would classify this as a 3 star at the most compared to other Bankock hotels. However, we did get a very competitive rate and the location is great.

Well situated for main attractions. About 5 minutes walk to the underground and Skytrain. Lovelly clean hotel with all the mod cons you would expect. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of Continental, Asian and English dishes. Coffee was a bit of a disappointment. Nice pool area with sun beds and a bar/restaurant. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

Hotel location very nice, it is very near to Bangko main road and terminal 21 station. Break-fast is nice and Indian food at Rang-Mahal make feel that you are NOT in other country but in India.

You save on the premium price one normally pays in the Sukhumvit corridor when you stay here. It's located 500 meters off Sukhumvit, down a fairly busy Soi, and as a result it's much quieter. The hotel is bigger than it looks at first, too, but when you see the breakfast buffet (clean, orderly, and fairly tasty), you'll realize that...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
