Very friendly staff and very comfortable room. Surprised that they are charging for Wifi access. That should be history in this day and age. Location is good for transit to and from the airport. Breakfast menu is wide ranging and well presented. Enjoyed the live music in the lounge - very entertaining!

Pretty typical of a big chain hotel. Well located, clean and staff very friendly and efficient. Said they were full but didn't see evidence of this affecting the excellent service. Rooms spacious and well appointed. Rather disappointed that, as a business hotel, they charge for WiFi ---- admittedly it is only 200baht but would have thought that could have been...

We were disappointed not to be told that renovation work were being carried out on the 15th floor: prior to settling in the large executive suite on 14th floor, this had the hardest of 3 piece suites to sit on in the lounging area, see: http://www.landmarkbangkok.com/executive-suite. We hung around for half an hour, still no sign of luggage being brought...

This was already our second stay at the Landmark, and it was as nice as the first one. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern and noble. Even the pool-area is really relaxing for a hotel situated in the middle of a lively city. They really know how to treat guest – what a kind gesture to serve complimentary fruit-skewers on...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
