Beautiful hotel. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. (Pomme, Tarnon, Petch) Flow restaurant staff poolside were great as well..friend who came on the trip has an allergy to MSG and the staff checked with the kitchen to ensure no issues with what she selected to eat. Flow house cocktails with characters were delicious and lovely presentation. Housekeeping made the rooms look beautiful and had a plate of fruit and drinks (non alcoholic...tasted like an orange Creamsicle) to welcome us on arrival. Bottled water was provided each day. Teas and snacks in the lobby Cafe were also nice. Definitely worth coming again!

We stayed at the hotel twice in a month between another trip and it did not disappoint! The location is perfect and easy to get to the freeway to and from the airport. From the moment we arrived we felt the warm Thai hospitality. We booked a two bedroom suite which was enormous and had everything we needed for our family. Having a toddler its far better to stay in an apartment style hotel for the space and convenience of having a kitchen, washing machine, bath etc. The rooms was very spacious and both bathrooms had a bath and shower (again very helpful with a child) Whilst the hotel has a few towers, we never had to wait long for the lift and there were only 4 apartments on our floor, we knew the hotel was busy but never saw our neighbors or heard any noise. The hotel has a great restaurant, all the main facilities are on level 4 around a stunning swimming pool, we felt like it was a hidden oasis away from busy Bangkok to enjoy drinks and dinner here. We had breakfast included and sat out by the pool in the garden every day - just wonderful! The location of the hotel was great with a 711 next door and lots of other things. We ate most meals in the hotel as again, easier with a toddler and the food was simply so good along with well priced. Whilst all staff members were amazing, I wanted to highlight Kacha who was our room attendant, I saw him multiple times and he always checked to see if we needed any more water etc, always smiling! I also wanted to mention Khun Preaw and Khun Chai from the Front desk, they each checked us in as we had two stays. As we had informed our arrival time. Khun Chai approached us upon arrival and was extremely welcoming and friendly. Khun Preaw checked us in for the second stay and remembered we had left a bag at the hotel, she also remembered our daughters name and had a good chat with her. Very sweet and so kind. It makes such a difference with service and we really felt welcomed and valued. We have stayed in Bangkok many times as we live in Singapore and we absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return!

My wife and I came to stay here for our wedding which was not at the hotel but we wanted a first class experience. The room we got was pretty tired and needed work. After mentioning this we were upgraded by management and with the help of the very gracious Mr Nutenai. The door men and front desk staff were very pleasant but Fa outshone everyone with her professionalism , attentionnto detail and excellent customer service. We have to say that the negativity did not come from the hotel but other guests. Our first attempt at the breakfast was somewhat shocking to us. Guests from snother asian country shouting, belching loudly, throwing food on the floor and verbally abusing hotel staff. We thought this might be a one off but it was not. We tried again and my wife left before eating. The situation was also the same in the Coffee Club invthe hotel lobby.These antics by these other guests persisted around the swimming pool regularly hence removing any chance of relaxing. The biggest downfall for us however was the percasive odour of cigarettes and marijuana on our no smoking floor. The room next to us even kept their door open while siting and smoking in their room. We are both very sensitive to the smell of smoke so we really tried not to spend much time in the hotel. There seemed to be complete disregard for this issue as when i mentioned how bad it smelled to our bellman he just responded with “yes” Our other big disappointment was housekeeping. We left around 8-9 am everyday and would return after 5 wanting a shower but the room had not been touched despite leaving the “ please clean” light on daily. I purchased a lunchbox for my wife that had a divider tray to seperate the food items but the divider tray was thrown away by housekeeping. Also they had difficulty taking out the trash. We had a pizza box that sat next to the trash for three days until on the fourth day i just threw it on the kitchen floor. There was one day that our room was cleaned early by a man and ge did a fabulous job. He mopped all the floors, vacuumed both rooms and left it spotless. Far superior to the late girls we usually got. The bright star of our stay was when we had lunch at Albricias restaurant for lunch on our wedding day. Dear was a fabulous server, he was fun, knowledgeable and great at service and assisted well by Yok. The food was incredible so hats off to the kitchen staff assell. There are many areas that need attention around the hotel. Concrete falling off one of the bridges over the pool. Rust in places, seaker roughly put in spots to hide gaps etc. overall our stay was just ok with unfortunately more negatives than positives, but without Fa, Dear, Yok and Mr Nutenai it would have been a place to consider leaving. I am not sure that we would return due to the totally inconsiderate begavior

I am pleased that there were aspects of your stay that you enjoyed, and I am especially delighted that the staff were a highlight, especially Khun Dear and Khun Yok in Albricias and also Khun Nutanai our Assistant Manager and Khun Fa, who did his best to change some arrangements to try and make your stay more comfortable including upgrading you to a One Bedroom Suite when we became aware during your stay that you we not entirely satisfied. I have already shared your comments and thanks for those staff that you have highlighted. I appreciate the effort that everyone in the team makes to make guests feel welcome and have an enjoyable stay. I note that there were some areas that you were not satisfied with, and I am truly sorry for these. Through your previous feedback and our communication directly, I have already discussed your comments about the cleaning with the Executive Housekeeper and room attendant because your experience was not up to our high standards. I take responsibility for your experience, because the new room attendant who serviced your room required more training. As a result of your comment, the attendant has been trained more and will provide better room care. Smoking is not allowed on any non-smoking floors and guests are fined THB5,000 if they do. Unfortunately, because all our rooms have a lovely balcony some guests think that this is not in the room. When we find out about any smoke detected in rooms including balcony, we send our management and security to the room concerned to ensure they stop, or we move them to a smoking floor. We then monitor carefully for the next few days. I checked our records and unfortunately, we have no record that anyone logging a call to let us know about this. I wish I had been able to get this stopped because I can imagine how annoying and upsetting this would be. Regarding the breakfast experience, it is not something that is common and in the two years I have been here I have never seen anyone spitting on the floor or abusing our staff no matter what nationality. I can say this personally, because I spend a few hours each day on the floor at breakfast time on most of my working days. I spoke to our Restaurant Manager who was also surprised by your experience. Breakfast is very busy at peak time, but the service team do a fantastic job welcoming everyone with a smile. Guests who would like a more relaxing resort-like experience can enjoy breakfast outside on the terrace by the pool. I do apologize for the areas where we failed to meet expectations, and this is especially disappointing for me as this was a special occasion for you. But I do sincerely appreciate that you took the time to let me know. Stayed here with my parents and sibling for a few days in Bangkok. The pool area is gorgeous and the rooms are really home-y, making it easy to adapt to when you check-in. Service is amazing! The staff is extremely nice (especially during breakfast), they're swift and always smile to the customers which is something I highly appreciate. Shout out to our table staff Pee who was really welcoming and cleaned our table quick, making sure everything was clean and proper for our meal + she was also really sweet.
Overall a great experience and would love to come back next time I'm in Bangkok.

There is no-where in the hotel to avoid cigarette smoke which permeates the pool area and the designated non-smoking floors. This is because many guests smoke and they happily smoke on the non-smoking floors. My eyes burned from smoke every night, the airconditioner blew it in, the corridors and lifts smelled. Was so strong in my room that my eyes burned and I checked out a few days early to stay at another hotel, thus losing some money but partially saving my lungs. Avoid this hotel if you don't like cigarette smoke. The bed and pillows very good and so is the gym. Staff very friendly. No iron or ironing board in the room and kitchen utensils (which I did not use) are extremely basic.

From our conversatons I understood that you were quite happy staying at the hotel except for the location which in your case was not convenient. I was very surprised to see this 1 star review. During our conversations, if you had indicated any issue with the hotel whatsoever, I would have done my very best to make things right for you. If we know of guests smoking on non-smoking floors we will ensure that they stop smoking and move to a smoking floor. We have 560 rooms located in 7 towers, and can ensure that guests can anjoy a non-smoking environment. I am sorry that you checked out early and I was not able to try and solve the issue of smoking smell in your room. Comfortable hotel with friendly and helpfull staff that make you feel welcome. Large rooms (~140kvm) with everthing working as expected. Other reviewes states that location not is the best and of course there are hotels with better location, but this also individual for different people. We did not experience any big drawback with the location. Staff happily orders a taxi for you and provide you with information in local language to make it easier to get back (if taxi driver doesn't speak English). The only thing we would like to see a bit improved would be the breakfast, it was very crowded and the quality could for some parts be improved.

I especially appreciate that you made the comment that our suburban location was not inconvenient as you thought it might be. As you found, any perceived inconvenience fails in significance when, after a day out in the bustling city, you return to a relaxed and quiet resort-style setting. I understand and agree with the comment on the breakfast. It is my biggest challenge but there is nowhere to extend the dining room. But when the occupancy increases we do place a second buffet outside on the terrace so the one buffet area is not as busy. But I am sure you agree that the staff there are fantastic and work hard to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. Again - thank you for staying and sharing your feedback. The air conditioner in the room has a little strange smell. The furniture in the room has some slight wear and tear. The water and beverages in the refrigerator are not replenished automatically when the room is cleaned. You need to call the front desk before someone can refill the water.

Rooms were clean and large. We had a washing mashing which was good after 3 weeks of travel! The breakfast was always fresh and full of variety. Lukkede was a lovely staff member during breakfast, that was always happy to serve! Pool area was very well shaded and clean. It would be good to have a sign in system with the return towels, as so many would just dump them on the chairs and many people didn’t know if they were still around. Very annoying on busy pool days.

Depends what you like to see, the closes attraction is Asiatik and Simon area which area some shopping malls and night life venues, hope that helps, cheers
Just wanted to clarify a distinction made above: The Standard rooms are in excellent condition. The carpets and furnishings and pillows, stoves, refrigerators, A/C units, TV, etc are still perfect and function properly. The Chatrium Residence Sathorn is under excellent management and constantly maintained to the highest standards.
We have washers and washer/dryers in many of our suites, yet not in the Deluxe Studio and Grand Deluxe Studio rooms.
To ensure that we have one in the room type you are interested in, please reach out to our reservations so we can make the arrangements where possible.
There are more places to choose from in the Bangkok area.
