Great amenities, breakfast was incredible, loved hanging by the pool and having cocktails, rooms were great and our tour guide recommended 4 people to come give us in room massages, amazing! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

staying was fine, location was good just the in room dining experience wasn't as expected. housekeeping was alright just that the staff delivered wrong items on certain times. overall was fine. concierge is impolite

If it is your first visit to BKK take a cab from the hotel insist on the meter being switched on before you go anywhere. Tuk tuk will be more expensive, hot and fun but possibly something you would do for a shorter journey... More
If it is your first visit to BKK take a cab from the hotel insist on the meter being switched on before you go anywhere. Tuk tuk will be more expensive, hot and fun but possibly something you would do for a shorter journey. Last time we did this we took the water bus, it is clean and safe the all day ticket is quite cheap and the stop (Water Gate) is just over the road from the hotel on the bridge L/H/S. Hotel to Palace - 10 -15 minutes 3 minute walk at the other end - just follow every one else! You can visit other places all day on the same ticket.
