I was slightly anxious about booking here as I was taking two teenage kids. Firstly we were upgraded to rooms with balconies which were great. Bathrooms are also very good. The bar area is welcoming - cool perfumed towels whilst waiting for your drink and perfect Thai hospitality. Pool is great. To tell you the truth I cant see what...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights at the beginning of December. I was quite apprehensive after reading the reviews but was very pleasantly surprised when I got there. Check in was fast, friendly & efficient & we received a free upgrade to a deluxe family room. The room was spacious very clean & comfortable with a good...

Good location very close to Nana station so ideal if all you are wanting to do is stay somewhere convenient to explore the city (all we wanted). If you looking for a luxury hotel though I would not recommend this one. We didn't eat at the hotel as much like many hotels in the country the food prices are significantly...

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your kind comments about the service you received at the reception. In regards to the breakfast, note that we offer on-line both the room only and the room and breakfast options with a small price variation. As per the comments previously posted, this is probably more expansive than what is offered nearby the...

Been there on business. My travel agent booked me this hotel. The superior room was around 80 dollars a night and it wasn't worth it. I had better rooms for less . the room looks like a place suitable for backpackers , there were urine stains in the bathroom, there was no carpet in the room nor in the hall...

I have literally just left this hotel after spending 3 nights in Bangkok. Now lets get down to the business of reviewing this place. Location: This hotel is ideally placed on busy Sukhumvit Rd. Its a hussle and bussle area. Its situated a few minutes walk from the Sky Train. This train will drop you of at lots of places...

Thank you for your honest review and please accept our apologies if the condition of our rooms did not meet your expectations. We do however appreciate your kind comments on the quality of the breakfast. As you mentioned, the hotel, due to its location, is also popular with guests from the Gulf States, especially during school holidays. Yours sincerely.

Agree with the good reviews. Well worth staying here is you want comfy and convenient at a good price. Stayed here for a couple of nights at the start of two weeks in Thailand and found it so good we booked ahead for our final night too. It's literally five minutes from Nana skytrain station, and is surrounded by stalls,...

I stayed in Amari Blvd from 26th September to 3rd October 2012. On the first night of the stay I was sorting out my cash and dropped a large number of US dollar notes which fell unnoticed and probably went under the bed. I went out the next day ( without realising I had dropped the money) and when I...

Thank you very much for your review, which was very appreciated. We have indeed rewarded Khun Pornpimol accordingly, but also displayed your comments to her colleagues, showing how much a room attendant can contribute positively to the reputation of the hotel. As much as we are proud to count many team members like her, we cannot stress enough the importance...

Spend 2x 5 nights in this hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Very convenient location to explore the city from, as it is less than 5 minutes walk to the Nana Skytrain station. Plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, market stalls and entertainment in the area. Rooms provide everything you need, there is a good size pool on the 6th floor...

The vast majority who reviewed Amari Blvd rate it "very good". I'd agree. In the last 6 months I've been to BK 3 times, and spent 12 days total in this hotel. My employer paid, and I never knew how much. When I found out how little it was I as surprised. Amari Boulevard wins not only on their product,...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
