Found this little hem while staying at the Lilac Relax Hotel across the alley. It was recommended by their staff. The first thing we tried was the onion soup and spring rolls. Very good. Their cashew chicken and pad see ew were great also. It was very comfortable decorated and had the very cute Catch Up Cafe connected to it....

We stayed one night before continuing our journey towards Krabi, this hotel looked good on pictures but we were quite surprised by the condition of this place. The lobby looked nothing like the fancy modern pics, the room looked like it had been used and abused. Hallways were echo-y, echo-ish? And you could hear dogs and bikes very clearly outside....

Although this is a cost effective overnight place by the airport, it's nowhere near as nice as the photos suggest. It looks tired especially the rooms which are basic and have seen better days. Staff are friendly enough and free transfer is convenient but there are much nicer places by the airport in this price range

I booked a stay at The Phoenix Hotel for one night only. As we travelled the whole night, we needed just to sleep and relax. The AC in the room was not cooling. It just worked on FAN mode. The technician was sent but he couldn't fix it. We asked to be moved to another room but the ac in...

We stayed here for two nights because its ease of access to the airport. They offer free shuttles. We arrived at BKK and they picked us up and they also offer hourly shuttles all day for departures. The shuttle takes approximately 10-15 min. The hotel is located in a pretty skeptical area with nothing around it. It appeared as though...

This was booked as a stop-over hotel. The room was very basic and tired looking. The mosquitoes and lizards were off putting. We arrived late but decided not to stay. The staff were very helpful and booked us into a nearby hotel and provided a taxi. My parter is celiac and no breakfast options were available, having looked at the...

Bed comfortable, air conditioned room with fridge and TV, en-suite shower, sink, toilet. Tea, coffee making facilities, reasonably priced cafe/restaurant. Ground floor room a little noisy sometimes with guests in corridor en route to cafe. Helpful staff and efficient free airport shuttle took about 20 mins with traffic flowing freely. A few shops and basic Thai style eating places in...

Comfortable room. Air conditioning was powerful. Hot water worked. Clean throughout and very pleasant staff. Paid $36CDN/950Baht for the night, which one shouldn't complain even the least bit about. Had a very good rest after a nearly 30 hour travel day and enjoyed a free shuttle back to the airport in order to board a bus to Pattaya the next...

This was a fine, no-frills hotel after a long trek from the United States. We stayed here overnight before an onward journey. The room was basic but the beds were comfortable. The hotel offers shuttle service to and from the airport, but it only runs once an hour. It worked out well for upon arrival, but we opted for a...

We came to the hotel for a one night stop over before a flight the next day. The room was ideal for what we wanted - very clean, the beds were very comfy, and we got a free bottle of mineral water. We especially appreciated the air con and en suite - such good value for a small price. The...
