Here for a one night stopover , because of baggage problem with airline we had to stay another night to wait for baggage to catch up to us. Staff was again...

the photos are not an accurate depiction of the room. I would never stay here again. Place was dirty and old. We stayed in a room that has not yet been remodeled because the photos are 100% different than the room we stayed in. They do not pick you up from the airport. Taxi drivers do NOT like taking you...

I travelled to bangkok alone and I already contacted the hotel that I needed to be picked up from DMK airport. I told them I had no problem of paying extra as long as they pick me up. They confirmed. I kept on keeping in touch with them until the day of my trip. On the night of my arrival,...

The hotel is simple but nice. Has all the basic necessities. A coffee maker, hair dryer, cold AC, free shuttle to and from airport and free breakfast. For the price you can't beat it. However, if you are a light sleeper- you will need ear plugs as you can hear everything in the hallway and then construction in morning. I...

The hotel driver was at the airport within 10 minutes of being called from the hotel waiting area between exits 3 and 4 at BKK. A short drive later I was in an area of tight little streets and alleys so typical of many of the districts in Bangkok. The hotel itself is unassuming from the outside, but has a...

You will probably need to call the hotel first though.Staff in all areas very friendly & helpful.Rooms are on 4 floors of varying standards.Having stayed in the standard & Deluxe roms I would recommend the latter for that little more added comfort & they...

We really enjoyed this hotel. It offers free airport shuttles leaving every 30 minutes which made it really easy when arriving in Bangkok because we didn't have to worry about communicating with the taxis. The rooms were nice, cleaned every day, hot showers, and good A/C! They have a restaurant downstairs which has okay food. Staff is extremely friendly and...

The hotel room was okay, breakfast took ages to cook but was good. I stayed in two rooms, In an average room and a 'suite room'. The upgraded room was much better, it had a flat HD TV, okay shower & bathroom and good beds. The usual room was very old and wasn't as nice as the upgraded room. Had...

I check in on the said hotel. It was good! The people who works there are all polite. The room is just cozy. Bathroom must be kept tidy and clean (I see some molds and or hard water). The air-conditioning slowly cools the room so I had a hard time sleeping for the first hour. The airport transfer is excellent....
