This hotel offers such a great value among the many hotel choices in this SE Asia metropolis. Modern urban chique deorated large rooms that are quiet in spite of the busy city life outside. Even has direct connection to the sky train for getting around the crazy city trafiic. Scrumptious breakfast with great variety. Very cool infiniti pool on the...

+ comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms + great breakfast selection, tasty and fresh food + nice infinity pool (the number of sunbeds is a bit too small for the size of the hotel though) + good location with the direct passage to the sky train

Well located Hotel next to Metro Station with direct Access, excellent breakfast menue of international variaties and typical Thai cuisine. The room I used was very clean and tidy, which is not always the case in Thailand based Hotels. The bathroom was big and the shower could be sufficient for two. Accordingly a nice feeling of luxury without elitary snobism.

We arrived at the hotel on the 26th of November after a 14 hours flight. The sleep quality was absolutely amazing. Large bed with tv and international channels. The bathroom was stunning and the shower absolutely great. The facilities at the hotel were absolutely good, in particular the swimming pool at the 14th floor and the gym offered us great...

This hotel though situation in a quiet area, it has direct access to BTS. Just exiting the hotel on 3rd floor, you are practically in then BTS Surasak station! Rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. The ambience of the hotel is nice. Buffet breakfast is quite a big selection but the quality of food can be improved- i.e. Taste wise...

Excellent hotel for visiting Bangkok. Location and connections great due to Sky Train station and fast access to express boat line. Friendly staff, great clean and quiet rooms and excellent breakfast buffet made our stay comfortable. Little disappointing is the pool bar, better take your last drink in a neighborhood bar.

We had just one night in Bangkok and stayed here. The location is good to get to from the airport as the train leads to the door (although there are a few train changes to make so if you're not used to a busy metro system maybe take a taxi). The hotel is grand and we were warmly welcomed. Our...

We stayed at the Eastin for 3 nights at the end of our holiday. The hotel is spotless and we had an executive room at the corner of the hotel. The room was very spacious and the bed and bathroom was huge! We also didn't hear our neighbours at all. The soundproofing is excellent. The location was good right next...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
