As the majority of visitors to Thailand start off their visit with a few days in Bangkok, a good base is required. We were very happy with our three night stay at the interesting looking Viva Garden. Easy to get to from the airport, taking the airport link to Phaya Thai, changing onto the BTS train, towards Samrong. Check in...

Stayed in viva for 5 nights, in 2 bedrooms units. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly. However, the complimentary bottle water are salty. The water heater in master-bedroom is ñot hot enough. The premise is near to Bang Chak Bts station. Overall we are happy to stay in viva.

I love discovering new places to stay at in Bangkok and Viva Garden was a great discovery for me. The building may look old on the outside but everything inside is contemporary and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and with balconies. The units are equipped with things to make you feel at home. The staff are very courteous and...

We stayed here for our last night of a 14 day holiday across Thailand. We arrived after a very long and hot taxi ride from the airport, having flown from Krabi early that morning. When we arrived we were informed that our room would not be ready for another hour, it was already half an hour after check in. We...

We had a lovely clean spacious one bed apartment with everything you could need in it and had a spotlessly clean bathroom with a bath and separate large shower. Viva has a lovely pool,...

“There's a building site next to the hotel. It's not that noisy. OK.”
japkortai, 28 Feb 2017 | Read review
“Not much to choose from. All rooms are spacious and sparking clean. One side face a school where they sing the National anthem every morning so be prepared to wake up early. The other side faces the ever busy Sukhumvit Street which never sleeps. Add to that the construction across the street. It is a good thing they provide ear plugs for free. One thing I encountered on my last trip was the bathroom floor is about 4" lower the the room. I woke up groggily at 2AM to use the toilet and fell because of it. ”
