I had an amazing stay at Canalis Airport Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely top-notch—the staff worked so hard and went above and beyond with everything I asked. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they could predict the future because they always seemed to know exactly what I needed before I even asked!
The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and had a great view of the area, even from just the second or third floor. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and it really showed.
One of my favorite parts was Barburi, a charming little bar right next to a stunning pool and fountain, surrounded by trees—it was the perfect place to unwind. Plus, having Starbucks on-site was a game-changer. Nothing like waking up and getting a solid coffee before pretending to be a morning person!
The location was also unbeatable. It’s super close to the airport, and with their free shuttle service, catching my flight in the morning was a breeze. No stress, no rush—just the way travel should be.
If you’re looking for a hotel near the airport with fantastic service, great amenities, and a beautiful setting, Canalis Airport Hotel is the way to go. I’ll definitely be back next time!

We stayed at the Canalis for two nights in June 2024. We arrived late at night and we were pleased with our spacious clean rooms. We booked two rooms for our family of four (2 kids aged 11 and 14). If you want interconnecting rooms, you need to book the Family Room.
There’s no room service (if there was, we couldn’t work out how to order!), so that was a bit challenging as we were hungry and tired on arrival and the restaurant was closed.
The pool was really nice. Definitely a highlight. The kids loved it and there were plenty of sun lounges and sun beds.
As an avid gym goer, the fitness centre is average. It’s quite a small space and has two treadmills, two exercise bikes (that weren’t working when I was there), a multi-gym (under maintenance so unable to use), and a series of dumbbells.
Reception staff weren’t very friendly but the restaurant and pool staff were very nice and eager to help. I’d like to thank the Pier 13 staff for helping us out at meal times. My daughter has coeliac disease (can’t eat gluten) and the staff went above and beyond to prepare a gluten free meal at breakfast time (chicken and rice bowl), and graciously modified the lunch and dinner menu so it was safe for her. The prices were very reasonable too.
khà awp khun ka! 😊

Very close to the airport so a convenient location if stopping in. Walking distance to 7/11 shops for supplies and restaurants nearby. The room is a decent size however the air conditioning stopped working a few times which seemed like it occurs often (filer needs replacing). Minibar fridge was handy, and the shower was good however the bathroom sink was partially blocked. The pool area is nice/new. Breakfast isn't good but the lunch/dinner food is nice.

Hotel is a hazard and totally underinsured. An absolutely terrible experience. Our child had a horrible accident at the hotel and ended up in the hospital. The hotel got busy the next day removing the dumb things on the walkway people kept tripping on. Our son needed emergency surgery, came home in a wheelchair and is still on crutches. We asked the hotel to cover hospital expenses and they gave us mangoes and a hotel bill even for the nights we stayed in the hospital, told us their insurance wasn’t very good. Do not stay here especially with children.

It’s very comfortable overnight stay after late night flight from BKK, it’s about 6km drive from airport terminal, heavy traffic in late evening Saturday and contructions of public transportation on Ladkrabang road. The neighbor is very busy and crowded with nightlife spots, including restaurants, nightclubs, bars. However, Room is superquiet from outside noise . There are two buildings, 4 storeyed one at the front locates lobby. It’s rated 4 stars with very valuable price. Inroom facilities include electric kettle, hairdryer, safebox, flatcreened TV, hot/warm shower, robes, inroom slippers. There are plenty of parking spaces. Serviced shuttle to and from airport are also available with fee (350฿/ride) , need to be booked in advance.

The room at the hotel was spacious and clean. It was conveniently located near the airport, and the hotel provided an airport shuttle service. However, we were disappointed that they didn't pick us up as arranged. We ended up waiting for half an hour and had to take a taxi to the hotel, which took about 10 minutes.
The pool at the hotel was quite nice, but unfortunately, there were no changing room facilities. We have to go back to our room for changing swim suit. It was not very convenient. Towels were provided at the pool. No staff stationed at the pool. It would be risky if accidents happen.
The breakfast was average in terms of quality. They had an omelette station, which was a satisfying service. The lady at the station always had a smiling face. We really appreciated the attitude of that staff. However, the quantity of desserts was too small. Every time they brought them out, they were quickly snatched up by others, which left us disappointed.

The hotel is situated along a road that is basically a construction site, as they're building an elevated motorway. The area is noisy because of two nearby bars/clubs that play loud music. The staff were rude. The room was comfortable, but the TV didn't work (had pixelated lines on every channel) and it smelled of cigarette smoke. Lastly, they have the audacity to charge 2000 Baht if you lose your plastic key card!!!

Stayed here for 1 night in between flights. 10 minutes from the airport. Taxi ride was just under 100 baht, but by the time they added on their ‘bag’ fee, it’s closer to 260 baht. Hotel charged 600 baht for a van to take us to the airport.
Hotel was very good. Room ok size and bathroom clean and pretty much new. Air conditioning worked well. Hotel’s restaurant was pretty good too and they were fast with the meals. Pool was a good size, though the tiles into the pool are very slippery. There was no sun at the pool until after 11.30am, as it’s in between buildings. Small number of loungers here, but good number of chairs, tables and free floating beds to lie on.
Front reception was ok. 7 Eleven 5 – 10 minutes walk on the right just after you walk out the front of the hotel. Not a lot around the hotel, which is fine for a quick stay. They are building a new road above the existing road, so access across the road is not possible at present.
When outside you notice the planes, and can hear them in the rooms, but when sleeping, we didn’t notice the noise. Lovely aspect being located on the canal, and we could see local fisherman which was charming.
Overall a good place to rest in between flights.

We booked the twin room with pool view, the state of the room is good, but for one of the rooms, it smelled like cigarettes, very bad, and the windows were not properly wiped. The person in charge immediately helped us rectified the smell situation, an ozone process was done in half an hour so after that we were able to be inside the room again. The bed and pillow were very comfortable, would I recommend it? Probably not for the price point.

Our stay at the hotel was okay; it has a minimalistic feel and is conveniently close to the airport. However, the overall experience was so-so. The employees and staff lacked the friendliness we've experienced at other hotels. Additionally, the TV reception was in and out, and there weren't many channels to choose from. Overall, it was an average stay.
