The Sivatel is a great choice if you're going to be in Bangkok for a few days. The rooms are huge and the decor is lovely, with high quality bedding and furniture. I stayed in a "Champa" suite which has a lovely sitting room with great views, a large bedroom with a very big and very comfy double bed and nice pillows; a bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a corner bath, and a walk-in dressing room too. Arrival: quick and easy check in, lots of complimentary drinks and snacks to have whilst we waited. Definitely try the different drinks! Room: this room was bigger than my first flat! I felt like I was in a movie with how big it was. It was incredibly clean and when we had a small issue it was fixed instantly. The bathroom had a jacuzzi and walk in shower, walk in wardrobe, living room space and bedroom. It was wonderful! Food: some of the best food I’ve had in my life! The chicken fried rice was the best I’ve ever eaten. The breakfast as well was fantastic, loved the bar where you could order a fresh egg dish. As I declared 2 adults and 1 kid, some minor areas can be improved, say, having 3 bath towels or 3 drinking glasses than just 2, etc. All accessories provided are only in 2 quantity but not 3. This is very minor but you would feel not welcoming the kid actually. Hence, in a suite, only 1 box issue is provided which is very inconvenience. Always have to walk around the room to get the issue if needed. No refilled fresh fruits but just the 4 tangerines provided since day 1 till day 4. No hand towel refilled so far. No hand cream provided which I never experienced it in Thailand. I need to buy one myself on 2nd day. Room is not the usual Thai style. No white jade orchid or in similar. We styed in a 2 Bedroom suite and it was well set out with lots of room and very comfortable. The location was well suited for us close to transport and shopping. With 2 Teen age boys the pool and facilities were great!

Excellent family suites spread over two floors and the entire set up was very spacious.. breakfast and lunch was good and also facilities such as the pool and gym are good. Hospitality is great and obviously the hotel is eager to book all your trips as this is the earning model for the city. Would highly recommend this for visitors with kids.

Staff are very nice and helpful. room is good enough for a family of 4. 2 bathroom, 2 rooms and 2 cloakroom. restaurant is located at 8/F, next to the pool and you can choose either indoor or outfoor. Location is good, 5 mins walk to BTS station, and 5 mins walk to Central Embassy. Within 15 mins walk there's a lot of small shops and a street market with different cuisin.

This hotel has been our absolute favorite for our entire family for the past seven years, hands down! The staff always welcomes us with open arms and big smiles. The overall experience during my stay is great. it's very convenient that just need 3-min walk to Central Embassy and 5-min walk to BTS. The staff are friendly and helpful, esp the staff station at entrance were sincere, always advised detailed transportation guides of our travels. The hotel room is so spacious and clean with nice city view. However the sanitary items are limited. The breakfast should be improved. The food offerings of breakfast are ok but the quality is not up to hotels' standard.
