Upon arrival, I was informed I had been upgraded from a standard regal suite to a grand regal suite. That's always good news whenever you arrive at a hotel. The suite was really comfortable with incredible views of the city. The staff are extremely helpful but without ever trying too hard. The only hiccup I had was the lady who...

We stayed one night in March. The room is very over size than Bangkok standard if you looking for suite with space we recommended. Check in and out process very smooth. But the breakfast restaurant was a really bad experience there was many flies at the breakfast (photo attached). It's look unhygienic and staff not take serious about this problem,...

The room size is quite generous for Bangkok standards. However, both the common areas and the rooms require closer attention in terms of maintenance. It would be great if more members of staff could understand English. We had a great time.

This hotel only have 40 or 60-something rooms and is never cramped by people. This mean that the sun beds at the infiniti pool always are availible. All the rooms are really spacieus, and are more or less like a an apartment in size. We had the smallest room and were equiped with a living room, good size bedroom and...

Excellent service and the room was awesome! Only stayed there one night but will definitely book again if we're back in Bangkok! Staff was extremely friendly and knowledge, and they spoke great English which was helpful if you don't know much Thai.

Our room was really nice, modern and spacious. The outdoor pool was just okay and there were no bar staff on hand during the day. The receptionist who dealt with us treated us like we shouldn't really be there but the other staff were friendly and helpful.

Time to try out a new hotel in Bangkok, we always stay close to the center of BKK and also within walking distance of the BTS. After a long flight into BKK and a late check in the staff from the main door all the way to our room where so helpful. Breakfast overlooking BKK is just a awesome view....

My husband hit his toe against a door in the room and a fairly long splinter was lodged in his toe. He went to the reception to ask for iodine or something to disinfect the wound and the first staff told him immediately that they don't have it without checking. Another staff who overheard, turned around the reception desk, found...

“I was offered a room on 18th floor and the hotel starts from the 17th floor. I was happy with the views I had but maybe worth trying to get a room on one of the upper floors?”
