its ok for 800 thb nothing spezial but for 800 thb i guess thats what you get in Satorn
its clean the street is not noisey at nigttime and about 10min to the underground and to lumpini park. and has lots of restaurantsin the area

I've stayed at Penguin House on several occasions. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. There is a daily maid service. The man at the desk is always very helpful if you ask otherwise a quiet but friendly man. Speaks excellent English.
