I stayed here for two nights from the day I arrived in Bangkok.
It's located in the Surawongse area, between Asoke Station and Nana Station, so it's a very convenient location.
Perhaps because I'm a Titanium member, I was given a one-bedroom executive suite on the fourth floor. The room was spacious, but because it was on a low floor and located between buildings, it was dark and the humidity was high unless the air conditioning was turned up high. There was also a bathtub and a jacuzzi function, but the water in the shower room went outside, so you had to be a little careful with the water. If you're mainly sightseeing, this room is more than enough.
For breakfast, we prepared a breakfast box for us on the first day because we left early for sightseeing. On the second day, we went to the restaurant, which had a bright atmosphere and a wide variety of items, which was nice.
I didn't swim in the pool, but it was in the valley between the surrounding buildings, so it was a nice location at night. I was given a drink ticket for the poolside bar next to it, so I was able to enjoy a nice bar time while looking up at the Bangkok buildings while dipping my feet in the pool on both days. The location is great, the prices are reasonable, and there are many restaurants and massage shops nearby, so it is recommended for people who go out often.

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at the Four Points Sukhumvit. The room was amazing, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is incredible right by the Asok train station so we had access to the BTS line as well as the metro line. The Terminal 21 mall is right next door so we had easy access to shopping and restaurants.
The best part of our stay was the hotel staff and how well they took care of us. Mrs. Whan the housekeeper made sure our room was impeccable and fully stocked with water bottles every day. I ended up missing my flight out of Bangkok and Mr. Gotji and Ms. Sai sat with me for over an hour while we looked for alternatives so I could fly out the same day. Everyone was so kind that I'm definitely thinking about returning to the Four Points just for the people.

The hotel is situated in a highly central location, conveniently close to a shopping mall, supermarkets, BTS, and various other amenities. The breakfast buffet offers a diverse selection of beverages and cuisine representing different cultures. The staff exhibits exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. Regrettably, our accommodations were notably dimly lit, aged, and encountered issues with the bathtub drainage. The room failed to meet expectations set by its advertised imagery. Despite these shortcomings, if no superior alternatives are available at a comparable price point, I would consider rebooking this establishment.

Before staying here for two nights we had 5 nights at the Four Points at Patong beach in Phuket which is a resort type hotel by the beach, making it very difficult to review objectively as it's a huge contrast as this hotel is in the centre of Bangkok...
The hotel is very new (a year old I think) and was perfect in pretty much every way. The only reason I've given it 4 rather than 5 is simply due to the contrast. It's clearly used by business travellers as well as tourists, and as such things like the breakfast - whilst being perfect - was far more limited compared to the huge and extensive choice in Phuket. Breakfast in Phuket ended at 11am, whilst this hotel in Bangkok ends at 10:30am. However the quality of the food was superb and as with Phuket the staff were amazing.
Hotel was extremely clean and modern, and it had everything you could ask for. As with Phuket, the hotel take full responsibility for any taxis booked with them which is a great comfort.
The hotel is - as to be expected - more of a base than a resort itself. Saying that, the location is excellent with the huge and impressive "Terminal 21" a 5 minute walk away, along with various shops (food, convenience, weed, souvenir etc) all next door / within a minute or two of walking from the hotel.
The highlight of this property is the rooftop which has a small but great infinity pool with four poster sun lounger beds including a canopy and tables by the pool. The rest of the rooftop is a very cool and trendy bar with plenty of various seating ranging from bar stools to full sofas with tables and other seating types in-between.
As with the Four Points in Phuket, the staff were outstanding in every way and couldn't do enough for you. 'Thom" in particular was great, trying to teach me basic Thai sayings such as thank you etc all whilst waiting for taxis and helping with our luggage. They also provided us with a great concierge service, offering tips and advice on making the most of our short two night stay.
As it's more of a business hotel than a tourist resort hotel - which is fully expected given its excellent location in central Bangkok - I have less to review than the other two hotels we've stayed at during our holiday (Four Points Phuket and the Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou in China).
As a base for exploring Bangkok this is a perfect choice with superb service from all the staff and an excellent location. The food we did eat at breakfast was very good (eggs benedict cooked on demand was particularly good) as was the only other meal which we ordered at the rooftop bar that they brought over to us poolside.
If we go back to Bangkok to explore the city (2 nights, which really was only 1 full day) then we wouldn't hesitate to go back here, it's a great hotel and I can't fault it. Just be aware you're not staying at a resort style hotel and you'll have everything you need with amazing staff, great amenities and an excellent location.

I have stayed at Four Points several times now and the stays are always fantastic. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of the activities on Sukhumvit and and train stations are very accessible,
This time I stayed with some friends who had never been to Bangkok and I recommended this hotel for its price, convenience and hospitality.
They came through with flying colors. The staff was soo helpful with directions, room requests, and ride requests, getting our vehicles on time to get to the airport. Birth at the front desk was excellent, had everything set up as requested, made you feel the warmth and hospitality like guests in a five star hotel. Keep up whatever you are doing as it’s very appreciated, thank you to the staff for being soo great.

Email contact with reservation team have prompt response for guest request. Staff in the hotel are nice with warm smile everywhere. Housekeepers are helpful and react quickly for guest need, always keeping the room clean and refresh. It's very good experience to stay in this hotel. Even left a small gift toy in room, will email back immediately for the loss found inquiry. They really take care guest's need. It's a good choice to stay in this hotel for exploring Bangkok.

It is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The best feature of this hotel is its people. They smile, make you feel welcome and truly want to help you. The location is awesome as it is at a walking distance to conveniences like Terminal 21, Skytrain, Restaurants, Heathland Spa etc. Breakfast is good and as I am vegan, the restaurant staff (particularly Puily) made sure I received non dairy milk for my tea and oatmeal. F&B manager even arranged fresh juice for me. The room was clean and spacious. Although the towels and the linen could be of little better quality, they were good enough.

I recently stayed at the Four Points for a planned trip to Bangkok and Phuket and had a phenomenal stay. The hotel is located near the metro station, Terminal 21 Mall, and a wide range of fantastic food and shopping sites. We were provided excellent outing recommendations each morning by Nueng, a key hotel staff member who mapped out activities for us throughout our stay. Neung's expert knowledge of the local area helped us navigate the busy city and locate many of its gem locations, including the Jodd Fairs Market, where we could sample Thailand's fantastic food. The hotel was extremely affordable and included a great complimentary breakfast each day. We highly recommend it to travelers looking for a convenient location at a great price in the center of this bustling city. The hotel was a great choice, and I would stay here again for my next trip!!

From the time we arrived at the lobby and were assisted in parking the car, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The front desk employee, Nong Hana, gave excellent service. We were even more impressed when we walked into the room. A card from the housekeeping division was left for us (an My partner was ecstatic with it and couldn't stop grinning.) I then went to the hotel bar to relax and have a drink. The wait staff was amiable and inquired about my satisfaction with the food's flavor. It was incredible. I would want to thank Khun Gaga F&B she helped make my trip exceptional by providing assistance and facilitation. Finally I would like to thank Khun Tee F&B for good take care of me and my partner.
