When you comes out from the departure, you will not able to find their airport pick up sign easily. After you found it, you have to wait 30 or 45 mins or more to ride their hotel car. But, you cannot question or complaint them because they will not care your complaint and they will even aggressive to you. Resort... More

Stayed one night in transit and although the staff were friendly and accommodating, the "resort" leaves a lot to be desired. We waited over an hour at the airport to catch the shuttle since they were not there when we arrived and then the shuttle was full when it did come and had to wait for another. The mattress in... We are two Canadians travelling around Thailand and this hotel was perfect for a quick layover before we left for Samui. The room is clean, there is AC and it is super close to the airport. There is a shuttle to take you there as well which saved us about 250 baht. I would highly recommend their Thai massage too,... More

Room 201 despite the leaking air condition at 3.30am, the room was clean and was livable. Food is only a walk down to the end of street with plenty to eat around, overall convenience location and friendly staff!

I have stayed here 5 times. The price is cheap. They have reliable shuttles to and from the airport. The rooms are sparse (often no soap or shampoo). But it is quiet and a good spot to crash for a few hours/overnight between flights. I have opted for the breakfast twice because it is so cheap, but you get what... More

I stayed 1 night upon arriving in Thailand - got in near midnight so I was pretty tired. Did have difficulty figuring out how to get the hotel's shuttle from BKK airport so took a cab, but upon check in hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were great about getting me back to the airport for my next... More

We only spent one night, and There for the room was good enough :) the shower was a little primitive. The service was super! The guy took our bagage to the 5. Floor by himself! The breakfast was OK, 2 slices of bread,a slice of ham, an egg & some juice & coffee. And then there's a free shuttlebus!

I stayed here twice on my last trip to Thailand. The airport pickup and dropoff at all hours makes it so convenient! It was a little hard to find the staff at the airport, between Gate 3 and 4 on the arrivals floor, but if you ask the other pick-up staff from other hotels, they will be able to point... More

We only stayed here for 2 nights because our plane schedule were rebooked. I will rate higher not only for the following reasons that hope they can immediately improve on. No one will help you with your laguages by the time you check in. Staff at the B2 Lobby were very RUDE. They were speaking in Thai infront of you... More

If you're looking for a clean, decent place to stay overnight, the Thongta will suffice. Do not let the word "resort" fool you, as it is definitely not the idea most Westerners have of a resort. The good thing about the Thongta is that it's clean and the staff are friendly, and most importantly, it's close to the Bangkok airport.... More
