Just wanted to say I stayed in le meridien Bangkok as well as hilton pattaya and I must say lebua tower club was the worst when compared to the other two hotels mentioned. Firstly, rooms are very old, needs some refurbishing. The hotel is showing signs of age and the elevator has such a huge line at night when you...

This is an impressive building with seriously breathtaking views from the rooms to the Skybar on the top floor. We had a one bedroom suite which was well appointed and large in size,it was very comfortable. They offer a fabulous breakfast and enjoyed drinks and nibbles in the Club room. Only had one issue and that was the cost of...

I must admit I booked this hotel because of the 'highest champagne bar' tag and the 'Hangover 2' links. I got the "oooooo get you", comments, tick I got the 5* hotel, tick Had my glass of fizz on top of the world, tick Vertiginous dining experience, tick I got the amazing service, tick tick and quadruple ticks I had...

We absolutely loved this place. Very relaxing after a long flight from the UK. My only criticism would be that we was not allowed up to any of the bars on the top floors because I had flip flops on and my partner had shorts on. I understand that is the dress code however we just wanted a relaxing drink...

We stayed here for 3 nights in October. We actually booked a room at 'Lebua at state tower' which I believe is one of the lower floor rooms, however we got upgraded to the 51st floor. The room itself was lovely and spacious, with its own separate sitting room and lovely spacious bathroom. The room itself was relatively modern with...

First time to stay in Lebua and it didn't disappoint. We were received in a professional manner and checked in nicely in the dedicated lobby on 51st floor where we also got a refreshment. Despite arriving early we were allowed to enter the Club area on 52nd floor. They had a nice selection of snacks and light meals in a...

Stayed one night at the Lebua and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were wonderful! They were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are incredible! We were on the 52nd floor and the views were breathtaking. Food was delicious as well. The only negative was the Sky Bar, we found it a bit over hyped, and way too crowded but...

Wow what can I say..... After reading many reviews about this Hotel before we booked, I did start getting nervous about our decision to stay. Yes you do have to pay money up front as a holding deposit for each night you stay, just in case to wreck the place, and yes make sure you have a Credit Card not...

Spending a little more on the Tower Club instead of the "normal" Lebua is worthwhile. Enjoying the view from one of the suites (up from the 52nd floor) makes the difference. Not even speaking of the free breakfast which leaves no one hungry, the complimentary access to the lounge on the 52nd floor with drinks during daytime or the friendly...

Staying on the 57th floor was in itself an experience. Vast views over Bangkok, away from the hustle and bustle. Being on the executive floor, allowed access to the exec lounge, where cocktails and nibbles were plentiful. Highly recommend the restaurant on the 56th floor, sitting outside enjoying incredible Thai food and an incredible view.

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
