Absolutely terrible. Complete misrepresentation on Agoda and other sites Should be taken off Agoda completely or at least all the service claims should be altered to illustrate the truth and actually what you receive as a guest and then the hotel reduced to 1 Star rating I booked a suite. I like space. Room old and dirty. Toilet floor filthy...

Really spacious suite, with small kitchen area and tiny bath (I suspect not a bath) and very hard queen size bed. The reason it got a 3 rating is simply because of a problem I encountered as a person with limited mobility. This would have been catastrophic for a wheelchair user. The lower level #1 is the car park. Reception...

This hotel is nothing as it promised when we booked. Old smelly hotel and staff don't speak English or very poor. There are no wall between the bedroom and bathroom, only half way up to the roof so when showering it gets moisture in the whole room. The air con is placed on the balcony so we can't use the...

After arriving we checked in on there website it says free WiFi bug you only get 3 hours free but really there's no point as the WiFi does not work. The rooms are in a bad way need a good clean and a urgent upgrade. The beds are rock hard. We booked in for 2 nights but after the first...

Hotel stay was quite forgettable - inconvenient location, dimly lit rooms, odor coming from bathrooms and swimming pool, and generally not great value for money. However, upon checking out, the staff claimed that we had taken a number of the hotel's towels, even though we were adamant that we had not taken any towels during our stay, and demanded we...

I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times when visiting Thailand, the service has always been quite abrupt but the rooms are decently sized and comfortable enough for the price. The professional photos do not represent them well, expect a much more basic room than is portrayed. My mother lives close by and has been a very loyal...

Reception staff, two very young women (girls?) were extremely casual in their manner, if not rude. We were charged 100 baht above advertised price. We were later told the ad out front only applied to a room we would'nt like. The sauna had been destroyed by fire. This hotel needs new management or staff training implemented. Close to BTS to...

Very rude staff even though I'm a westerner speaking Thai. The sauna & steam room has never been repaired after a fire in it. Room smelt like cigarette smoke. English Channel on TV was good. Hot shower was nice. I much prefer Season Place or Bangkok Loft Inn.

I have stayed at Jolly every time I have visited Thailand - perhaps 4 months total spent here in total over the last two years. I was a very loyal customer. I used it as my hub from which to travel Asia. I've always used the gym, but yesterday I was told I am no longer allowed in unless I...
