As it is a corporate hotel under the luxury category, I gave it a try since it's just a shopping trip with my sisters. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Siam Paragon with a connecting corridor, that really save travelling time and also sheltered from the heat and rain! The hotel staff were all very well trained and...

Excellent on all counts. Location, service, overall ambiance. The staff are the most gracious and accommodating that i have met in a long time. Kudos! From our arrival right to our checkout, the experience was wonderful.

The location by the grand paragon mall is very convenient and the bed is very comfy. Will...

Would stay here again in the future, I know the price is a little expensive but you are paying for the best, I don't think we could of gotten what we got...

Had an amazing brunch here. The champagne is excellent, the settings is relaxed and formal at the same time, the service is impeccable. The food is extraordinary. As you walk in, it doesn't seem up to scratch with the other big players but looks are deceptive and the food keeps on coming! What I really liked about it was how...

It's luxury and tasteful. What makes it stand out of other luxury hotels in Bangkok is the resort atmosphere. The location is great if you like to do some shopping. The swimming pool is quiet and big enough for lap swimmers. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

This hotel is absolutely one of the best in Bangkok and competes head on with likes of Peninsula and Mandarin Oriental. Service is impeccable and hotel itself is new, modern design and very pleasant. If you have had enough of shopping or are otherwise tired of the city streets, there is a small, but well kept pool area to relax....
