Staff of the hotel were provided excellent service to customers. Started from check in, the front desk staff explained everything clearly, they led customers to their room while introduced hotel facilities in detail. When I walked into the room, it was found that the room was large in size and some fruits and a glass of flower decorated on the...

For so long I had been looking for a hotel in Bangkok that had a Kids Club that was fully supervised. Many advertise they do, but unfortunately it is usually an empty room. Then I finally found it, and what a hotel it is! Kempinski Siam surpassed my greatest expectations and so much more. Why there aren't more supervised Kids...

Very nice hotel. Very nice pool. Very nice location. Very nice restaurants. Very nice that its connected to a high end mall and a mid end mall and the sky train station where all you need is right at your door step. Service aims to please all the time. Was just very busy as there was an ASEAN thing when...

The Siam Kempinski is a clear recommendation. It is based centrally, in walking distance to all major shopping malls. The hotel is new with state of the art facilities. It has a nice pool area. The room has a small balcony - a good place to read a book or to spend some time to relax. Soft drinks from the...

Stay at your own risk !! On a family vacation to Bangkok, we booked 5 Deluxe Rooms for 4 nights through Booking.com at this property. Blunder#1: they hate it and are most arrogant and uncooperative in case you don't book directly. You end up with more no than yes to requests across the counter. Anyways, the very second day my...

Siam Kempinski ... B, General Manager at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, responded to this review

Dear asheeshseth, I can only start this email with heartfelt apologies. The entire team was devastated by the fact that at no time during your stay, anyone of us was able to turn the tides. We are extremely sorry for the problem your family encountered in our elevator. The team tried very hard to amend matters during your stay, and...

The Executive Suite comes with a big living hall and big rooms. Extremely clean hotel. Definitely will stay at Siam Kempinski again in our upcoming Bangkok trip in June. Everythings are almost up to perfect except the lady who had show us to our suites speak too fast which we hardly can understand her.

Very conveniently located, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Concierge, receptionist, buggy drivers were all very accomodating. Super comfortable bed and quiet rooms with soundproof walls. The only thing we weren't really happy about was with the aircon, it is a centralised system which you cannot adjust manually, so when we first entered the room it was a little...

I had very fond memories the first time I stayed at the hotel 4 years and I felt exactly the same way now. That is sophisticated Thai hospitality at its best. Our personal receptionist Jiro even accompanied us to Paragon to show us around.

Pretty much everything about this hotel is first class. Highly trained and friendly staff, exceptional facilities, furnishings and decoration are top quality and in pristine condition. Really nice and well equipped gym, lovely pool area more like a resort than a city centre hotel, wonderful spa. It is hard to find anything that could be improved. The only minor irritant...
