We stayed this hotel when twice, before we leave for our philippine vacation and going back to Thailand. The hotel is nice, spacious room and is great if you wanted to stay near the airport for a night or two. it is quite far from the main Bangkok so if your purpose is to shop and explore Bangkok city then...

Not exactly like the pictures, quite tired looking. Nice little kitchen but nothing in it, so useless. Pillows torn, could use some freshening up. Marble tile floor nice. I have to say the staff were friendly and it was great having the airport pickup.

Great hotel for a one night stop over. Roundtrip transfer was a god send, nice to get on an aircon bus with the heat in bangkok! Staff were incredibly welcoming. Umbrellas provided as soon as the taxi pulled up, bags taken to our room. Room was lovely with a large flat screen tv, aircon and everything you need. Free wifi!...

The hotel is average in cleanliness and amenitis, which is just sufficient enough to rest while transiting through BKK. However, we were woken up several times through the night by people coming and going and staff escorting them through the hallway, which is least welcoming when one has to be up at 4am for an early flight. On a bright...

I stayed at this hotel one night and was very surprised. Quick check in, big room with lounge and kitchenette and very comfortable. I only paid for a standard room so it was great value, breakfast was included and airport transfers also. Breakfast was served in their little cafe which is actually outside the hotel . Only problem I found...

I am often frustrated by Suvarnabhumi Airport, given all the early departures and late arrivals, it would be fantastic to have more than 1 hotel within walking distance from the airport. That 1 hotel is the super pricey and not worth it Novotel (I am not paying $150 in Thailand for a hotel, and have to pay more for internet)....

An excellent rating because of its great value and the extent to which it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very clean sheets towels were all in perfect condition. There is a widescreen TV and comfortable love chair if you are too jet lagged to sleep. Professional helpful staff that have a good command of English. All important wakeup call...

We stayed in this hotel for one night after a late night flight into Bangkok. The hotel was located within 10 minutes drive from the airport which was very handy. The pick up service was excellent, the hotel staff were at the airport with our names on the board which made it easier to spot them. The staff at the...

Great airport shuttle service! Not a fancy place to stay, but okay for a one night layover. Breakfast was simple but good...two eggs, two pieces of toast, instant coffee and orange juice. Really, only ten minutes from the airport.
