Thanon Silom is a very nice street, and the hotel is about 10 min walk from patpong market. Taxis to Thanon Yaowarat (Chinatown) are inexpensive, and I recommend experiencing it. Clean and good room, many TV channels (which helped me when I got sick the last 2 days), great housekeeping and beautiful hallways makes this a hotel I would like...

We stayed two nights. We used the simming pool and the fitness room. It was all clean and well maintained. Breakfast was abundant with western as well asian style items, some breads were a little dated and hard. Service was very friendly, storing luggage for late departure was no problem. Room was not to large but had a good bed....

it is very convinient to find the bts near the hotel. we ordered a half-day trip and tell the employee who is in the check-in desk to remind us. the staff is very nice to have a phone call to the restaurant when we are having breakfast. we need to thank the employee here to give us the suggestion of...

I thought the hotel was in a great place in Bangkok and I felt as though the staff were brilliant and very helpful. Roon, the concierge was helpful. The room itself had a great view and the facilities were great. I asked for an Iron to my room and it was delivered promptly. The pool and gym area were great...

The Hotel provides good front desk service even though a tour group had arrived and being processed. The Hotel leases out space for Maggie Choo’s night club/bar noted as one of the top 10 live music places in Bangkok and is independently owned. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and additional English movie channels are offered over the standard fare....

It's very comfortable to stay there. I bookded a standard room, the room size is small, but the price is nice, so it's acceptable. The hotel arranged shuttle bus to go to the BTS, you just need to book in advance, it's free.

The room size was too small. Rest of the amenities were ok, but not a suggested place for vacation. Looks more like business trip place to stay. The location is also too far from the main attractions and shopping places. The breakfast is not at all good for vegeterians.

Dear Ashwani Thank you for letting us know about your recent stay with us. It is a pity we have not been able to fulfill your expectations. As a city hotel obviously we cannot be compared to a resort hotel, however we do have all facilities to spend some leisure days in Bangkok. Our standard "superior" room category comes with...

I stay at this hotel frequently if visiting Bangkok - it is reasonably priced for a 4 star hotel and is in a reasonably good position. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are starting to show a little wear and tear, but are still in good condition, and always clean. The restaurant for breakfast has a good...

Dear Kenneth I am happy to read about our good front desk services and that our Square restaurant is in the higher area in terms of quality, service and presentation. However I am equally disturbed by the mentioned electric shower curtain and have already addressed our Executive Housekeeper to have them deep cleaned immediately. I apologize for this incident and...

Dear Ms Khine We value all feedback coming to us, as it allows us to see where we currently stand and more importantly what we can improve. In your case however we feel it to be unfair, only because you have not received a complimentary upgrade to rating us this low. Accor certainly has other hotel brands in operation in...

Overall Novotel is a nice "brand name" but there were quite a few problems that i saw in this hotel particularly: 1. Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
