The hotel was opened on 10 Apr 2017 and I stayed at the hotel on 14/15 Apr 2017. The check-in took very long time as well as check-out. The hotel is new, the room is very spacious and comfortable. We experienced very unpleasant situation related to booking fully paid during the reservation. During check-out it was requested to pay once...

This was an older hotel i had stayed at a few times previously (President Palace) and has recently switched to Accor. Undergoing a substantial reno, i will probably stay here a few more times ongoing. The room was excellent, a substantial makeover keeping a few of the more substantial features (bathroom and aircon) but the rest is brand spanking. The...

Very nice, new (opened April 2017) hotel with large rooms. Great consigliere (Benz), very helpful in arranging transportation and restaurant recommendations. Large variety of restaurants nearby. Good location close BTS station.

Hi everyone. No much review yet on this refurbished hotel which has been rebranded as Mercure in April 2017. So I will try to post an extended one. I checked in on first opening day for 3 nights. Obviously there was a few small snags with very tiny things unfinished like CCTV not installed or the phone in our room...

At the time of booking this hotel was still under construction and I wanted to be nearly the first client to experience this brand new hotel. I arrived there one day after opening and I was not disappointed! The design of this hotel is fantastic! But the best was the absolutely very welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional staff. You immediately...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
