I spent 2 nights in the hostel. I had a big room with a private bathroom. I had to tell the cleaners to clean the door to the bathroom and the main door. I did not like the fixed hangers. The breakfast was basic. I found much better offers on Agoda and moved to an almost new and stylish hotel for less money. Most of the staff is helpful. It would be good if ALL the staff say "hello" when they meet guests even if the staff do not speak English - cleaners etc. The dryer did not work one night. The night receptionist was not interested in finding out what happened so I ended up wit a lot of wet clothes that I had to hang around the room. Overpriced. I paid 1200 for the 1st night and 1000 for the second. And now, at the beautiful and incredibly stylish new hotel I am paying 950 including breakfast that should be opulent, which people say. The price for the dorm is ok but the rooms are overpriced . No wonder there was only me at the hotel.

Our family of five (2 adults, 3 children) stayed for 3 nights by booking the sole use of a 6 bedded dorm with private bathroom. The hostel is immaculately kept by the staff - it really is spotless. The location is excellent within walking distance of both the main sites, the river and Khao San Road, although located in a relatively quiet area. Large bunk beds which were comfy. Well priced. Free bottled water provided daily. They facilitated a 4pm check out for us so that we could shower before the Chang Mai night train (at additional cost - 100 Baht/hour). Reception staff were helpful. Small but adequate laundry - paid washing machines (4 Baht), free tumble dryer and iron use. The only downside was the breakfast. It was basic but adequate - cereal, toast, tea, coffee, juice and a couple of Thai dishes. Sadly though it was uninspiring and a bit variable in quality - food that was supposed to be hot was often cold as the burners had obviously gone out some time before, restaurant staff a bit lacklustre - usually on their mobiles.

My first time in staying at a hostel especially since I was staying with my family but I had nothing to worry about the stuff are really helpful and doing laundry there only cost 40b but in coin and the dryer is free. There was also free breakfast which my kids really enjoy. It was quite which was something I wasn’t expecting so overall I am very pleased and would definitely stay here again and would most definitely recommend.

Staying in the family room, it has 3 bunk beds, separeated shower and toilet and two sinks. The place is just beautiful, organized, clean, the staff is very polited and the breakfast is good too. They serve authentic Thai food but also toast, jam, eggs, cereal and salad. Loved the place.

Stopped 2 nights at this hotel and such a joy within 10mins of all the bars and restaurants. Rooms to a very good standard. If you have to check out early the hotel will store your luggage staff very helpful and if you have breakfast included then its cooked fresh would come back anytime to this hotel
