We stayed for two nights and really liked it! The rooms were fresh and the straff were very friendly and helpful, whenever you were wondering something:) for example how much a trip by a tuctuc should cost or where to find tickets to the metro.

As per reviews, no frills but good location and great price. Rooms are a bit more worn than expected, but good size and nice bedding. Overall, would stay again if budget was key factor otherwise I would consider an upgrade hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and booked 2 months earlier by online. We had been given room no 51 at fifth floor facing the main road. The staff are very helpful and nice and try to help in every way they could. The hotel is actually a service apartment but is well designed and decorated like an...

It's not the Ritz. But it's nice and clean and quite affordable. And the staff were friendly and very helpful in terms of helping us get around and letting us use their computer when we had to rebook a flight. The location is a huge advantage. It's right around the corner from the Si Phraya (sp?) ferry stop. From there,...

Its a great hotel with great price.. a truly value for money. We were also given early check-in. There are many plus points - 1. Walking distance (2-3 minutes walk) from Si Phraya Pier from where you can go to Most common tourist places like Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun using Orange Flag ferries. 2. River city mall 5...

In my previous stay in Bangkok I had stayed at the Sheraton which is walking distance from P&R so I knew the area. The area is safe and close to the docks as well as the mall. Rooms are great, cold ac and elevator. My only complain is the stupid unnecessary step on the bathroom on which I almost tripped...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
