In itself is Ploenchit a great location. The hotel is however a bit in a funny location. But they solved this by a 24/24 tuktuk service to the Skytrain solving that problem. You get a local sim-card and after 5 minutes they pick you up. We were a bit worried bout this, but it works. Staff extremely helpful, rooms (in...

Stay at this for 2 nights from 10th to 12th December. Upon reaching I am really impress by the high standard of customer service. From the bell boy to the receptionist, five star service. The room is clean and very modern, one of the best i have stayed before in Bkk. The free tuk tuk service is really useful as...

I had the unfortunate experience of spending a night in this hotel. Lets just say we chalk it up to a bad decision based on trip advisor categorizing it as a 4 star hotel. It is not a hotel. It should be in the uncategorized section so people know what they are paying for. The A/C in the room leaked...

On my first official trip to Bangkok, I stayed at the Tenface, chosen by the office. When the taxi drivers at the airport hadn't heard of it, and when we started down tiny lanes in Ploenchit looking for the hotel, I was frankly worried. But I shouldn't have been. Tenface is a hotel and service apartments too. The basic room...

Everything about the hotel except its seclusion was tip-top. I was in Bangkok for business, and decided to try out Tenface. It was easy to get to, and the room was warm, and had everything a traveler would need. As I had to take a taxi to and from work locations, it was easy to get in and out of...

We thought that Tenface was a super cool hotel! All the staff are in the know about where to eat, hangout and party, they were really helpful, but there is also a really great Tenface guide book in the room too. The hotel is literally tucked away from the main street, but there is a free tuk tuk available to...

I'm having a serviced apartment at Tenface, and would like to recommend it completely. The staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are big and there is this "boutique hotel" feeling which makes you see condominiums and other hotels as a bit bland. The prices are fine for the accommodation part, the bar is fine (there is usually a...

I really enjoyed our stay here, its a bit out of the way, it isn't as luxurious as other places I've stayed in Bangkok, it hasn't got the nicest view but next time I'm in Bangkok I'll definitely stay here again. The room was great and the design has a bit more character than your average hotel, the service was...

We loved this trendy little boutique hotel which had actually had a lot of sleek character compared to a lot of the soulless offerings in Bangkok. It's mentioned clearly in most of the other reviews and we also knew this beforehand but anyone thinking of staying here should be aware of the location of the hotel - yes, it's located...
