Great location as your right on khaosan Rd. You can hear some music at night but it didn't effect my sleep. The rooms are really small but we was hardly in them. Had to test out the pool as it looked great and it was in the Bangkok heat. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I would stay there again

We stayed at Rikka Inn Dec. 2014. On the plus side, Rikka was close to two of the big temples and the cab driver easily found the hotel. Also, the room was very clean and a large lock box was provided for laptops/passports/etc. They have luggage storage available if you need to check out late, but the room is not...

The staff was really cool! Hotel is located in the best place of Bangkok. A lot of souvenirs stores around and good and clean places to eat. A money exchange store right next to the hotel and a 7 eleven to buy water and others things. A great pool! Recommended!

This is a great spot if you are young (and/or hard of hearing) and plan to spend most of the night in bars and clubs on Khaosan Road. The rooms are very small and basic. But they are clean, and the rooms have safes. There is wifi, and the folks at the front desk were very kind (probably because they...

Rooms are tiny. Barely enough room for 2people to walk around. Everything out dated. For the price you should have flat screen TV and wardrobes but you don't. The d&d up the road is cheaper and much nicer. They came into our room to clean it but didn't replace the towels. When we checked out they made me empty my...

Brilliant we place to stay right on the strip! So friendly and nice! Little hard to find when u first arrive as the taxi didn't bring us right outside.. But apart from that it was a great night stay and brilliant price. Swimming pool really helped when the heat hit!

I will not stay there again. Very noisy because music all night in kao san road. Room is very small and not like in the website pictures. Everything is bad. They need to improve everything. A lot of work. Not a good stay at all for couples. I've been many times in BKK. This one is the worst!

The noise wasn't too bad, just request a quieter room when you book. Rooms basic but kept nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing location on KOH San road. Perfect for a few days exploring Bangkok!

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighbourhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
