Detailed Reviews
For anyone looking for a first class hotel for isolation requirements entering Thailand, this is it.
Upon arrival, the very polite, friendly staff are waiting to complete all of your details getting you through the arrival process quickly.
Room is clean, large and fitted out with modern furnishings.
Lounge room is spacious and there’s room to work if need be.
WiFi is quick with multiple connections.
Tv has the normal channels provided in Thailand and backed up with Netflix.
Bath, shower and amenities all perfect.
There is a good selection of food that you order from the App “Line” and is delivered as you require 3 times a day. Room service is also available.
No Alcohol or leaving the room is permitted whilst in isolation.
You can only get delivery of dry packaged food, not hot/ cooked food from a vendor.
Excellent hotel to stay.

Stayed here for one night for the test and go programme, was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the room.
The testing was done at the hotel which is great as you don’t have to spend time at a drive through testing, I paid for express testing but had to call a few times to get it expedited. Not sure if this was because of the hotel or the hospital but I got out after 5 hours so still good.
The rooms are a bit noisy as there’s tiles in the rooms and hallways with a gap under the entrance door so I could hear the neighbour burping when they left their in room dining remaining outside.
Front desk was professional and friendly, checkin and checkout was fast and professional but still warm. One bonus is the location of the hotel when you get out, it might be one of the most happening places in the Thonglor area and I’ve discovered a new gem.

This hotel is such a let down. It’s located in a prime location and while the facilities are adequate the service absolutely destroys the experience.
The room service people are extremely rude. Once I had food delivered from outside quicker than it took them to get spare plates and cutlery to the room. Literally took them 45 mins to deliver just an extra plate and folk to the room. I’m guessing it was because they were seriously understaffed. But does that excuse them for being rude, I don’t think so.
Not once was the room clean enough. When I first checked in the table had food bits still on it so had to change the room. The second room had a weird smell. Even after telling them several times to make sure the room is properly cleaned it was never that.
Definitely will not be staying here again and this review is basically just an advisory for other travellers so they don’t have to suffer what we did.
A good alternative I would recommend is the Lancaster. Their facilities are much better, service is the best I’ve come across all my travels, and there was never a request which wasn’t completed with haste and complete politeness. And for half the price of this horrible hotel.

Don't make this your choice or you will be disappointed.
Someone gave this hotel 5 stars but it really is not. The lobby is grand and spacious though. The rooms seem to be kinda lacking in quality too.
When i walked into my room i was greeted by a mirror with multiple mosquitos squashed on it.
The bathroom held such surprises as used soap and toothpaste tubes from a previous occupant.
The furniture is made of pleather and there isn't enough of it.
When getting ready to eat a roomservice dinner with my wife, I realized that there was only one chair and no proper table for eating. We ate on the bed.
The breakfast bufffet had lots of cold food that was supposed to be hot and not once in the 3 nights that i stayed did I see a mango or banana offered. Mangos are seemingly Thailands national fruit.
Nothing was really bad here but i was constatnly chuckling at all the little things that were either not provided or mishandled.

ASQ procedure was strict but fair. Deluxe room for 62k baht. After day 4 you can hang out on F floor roof patio. Nothing much there though, just chairs and a couple tables. No gym, no pool.
The room itself is very nice. Many outlets and a working desk. Marble floors and a decent couch. King bed is actually just two twin mattresses pulled together. The TV gets no English channels. Bring your own entertainment.
The best part of the room is the bathroom. There is a shower and bath separate from the rest of the bathroom. Again the marble decor is a nice touch. The toilet was amazing. Heated toilet seat and multi-function bedat options.
The worst part is the food. They serve 3 meals a day at set times, leaving your food outside the room and ringing the doorbell. The fixed meals do get repetitive but additional items can be ordered from room service at a discounted rate and that food is great! They also provide a 4 course meal on your last night which was fantastic.
All in all, while hotel is fancy and the staff is friendly, the fixed meal selection for ASQ is so-so. It was a pleasant stay considering the ASQ circumstances.

We’ve been staying here every time we come to Bangkok for the past 3 years since it was built and it’s always a Wonderful Time and Great Stay.
The entire staff always make us feel very welcome and right at home. The rooms are always clean, spacious and very comfortable. They have a great gym and workout center, beautiful swimming pool and great restaurants. Also they provide Shuttle service every 30 minutes to Thonglo Station
BONUS - They have a Let’s Relax Spa on the 4th floor which is one of our favorite spas in Thailand.
Always our first choice when staying in the Thonglor area in Bangkok ❤️
Highly and Comfortably Recommend! 👍🏻

Located away from the norm shopping belt. Quiet but near good food and cafe outlets. A braised duck noodles shop is really tasty and opens from breakfast to dinner time, just 50m from the hotel.
ROAST at "The Common Building" is a must to go for brunch!
Within the hotel is the "Let's Relax Spa"...highly recommended to relax. The Traditional Thai Massage is really very good!

Excellent location with three large massage chains and a variety of restaurants near the hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle to the BTS station which while not cheap is the best way to avoid the Bangkok traffic
The conciege staff are professional. The hotel is nicely decorated with daily coffee and cold drinks from 7 am to 7 pm
The rooms are large with comfortable beds
Definitely I would make many return visits in the future

My recent stay at Grand Centre Point 55 left much to be desired. Despite clearly indicating our preference for interconnected rooms during the booking process, we were informed upon arrival that an additional fee was required for rooms of the same category.
Furthermore, the hotel's inflexibility became apparent as they insisted on this extra charge, refusing to accommodate our request for interconnected rooms without it. This lack of flexibility negatively impacted our overall experience.
In addition, the hotel's claim of being kid-friendly seemed misleading. Despite multiple requests, the staff at Grand Centre Point 55 remained uncooperative in providing suitable arrangements for our children, showing a reluctance to make our family stay enjoyable.
In summary, my experience at Grand Centre Point 55 was disappointing due to inflexible policies, uncooperative attitudes, and a failure to uphold advertised amenities. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism for the hotel to enhance customer service and meet the expectations of families seeking a comfortable and accommodating stay.
