The hotel itself is nice. The staff was pleasant, the wifi worked perfectly, it was clean, they give you free bottles of water, AC was good, mini fridge, TV with a few English channels. The area has access to malls, cinema, shops, and food stalls that are fantastic. It has a great local feel. However, it is very out of...

For us it was a perfect hotel. We paid 800 baht a night that included breakfast. The room has a queen sized VERY comfy bef, ice cold aircon, tv, safe, and very tasty breakfast. The shower water pressure is weak...and the hot water only last a couple minutes. The location is very far from the main attractions, but very close...

The hotel is clean, cozy, affordable and nice. Though far from the airport, you can take the airport link via skytrain to Ramkanghaeng then taxi. I like the food for breakfast but may i suggest that they vary it from time to time. In our four days stay,we ate the same food all the time. Thumbs up for me and...

JL Bangkok is the best hotel I have stayed in Bangkok. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly with a lovely smile. They will go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. Its not the biggest or trendiest hotel but if you want something at a very reasonable price, decent customer service...

I stayed here in May and June of 2010 when I first moved to Bangkok. I have enjoyed my current stay just as much as I did 4 years ago. The hotel and restaurant staff are very polite and helpful. This is not a 5 star hotel in the heart of BKK; this is simply a very good hotel near...

To escape the " shut down BKK" launch day, my sister and I made a detour to Bangkapi and stayed at JL Bangkok. We booked a suite prior to arriving at BKK . Was disappointed to find the room dirty with cockroaches and the air conditioner blasting warm air. We had to change room. This room is a better condition...

Dear Rustycoffee, Thank you for your feedback. We've investigated the issue immediately. I'd like to assure you that this is an isolated incident and below our standard. We use pest control and prevention services on a monthly basis. Our hotel is located in a safe area and is not affected by the on-going political demonstration. Best regards, JL Bangkok
