Need to renovate room and assig professional staff.i had to pay tips to solve my room hot water issue. Whenever I saw the room boy, he was asking for tip. Breakfast is very poor and fruits gone before 8:30 am everyday. And cleanliness of restaurant area very poor. Even the staff doesn't maintain their personal hygiene.

have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions during my undergraduate days, as the hotel rooms are cheap and near the city, and provide complimentary breakfast buffet which is pretty decent. rooms are average but decent - we have only had 1 bed bug incident so far

The price is a bit high but the room is good. With good AC and bundled breakfast. The location is near shopping malls; Pantip Plaza,Platinum Mall, Isetan and Central plaza. It's also near Pratunam market.

Someone stole my bag full of presents from the hotel's lobby! I stay in this hotel since 2008 and this time everything changed. Receptionists were angry and tired of their job, did not smile or helped us with anything. Breakfast was out 1hour before the end of it. The worst thing happened the last day when someone stole my bag...

Very dirty, only one plug socket worked, no window as advertised, air con worked either full blast 16C or not at all. No warm water and large bugs in the bath room. Even this price we would expect more! The room only had walking space around the bed with a small non working fridge in one corner. The doors are...

I've been staying at this hotel for 2 times. It is located very near to Pratunam Market. You may walk to Platinum Mall in 10minutes too. Breakfast is average. Not much variety but I'm satisfied with it. The hotel is getting old but overall is still acceptable. Worth for Price!! Massage at hotel is good too. Price reasonable... You do...

Walk to anymore in a short distance, convenient. Hotel is not really modern, breakfast was simple. Location is great. Staff understands English. This's a budget hotel, so I did not expect much. So, I recommend to stay here, since your's not spending much time in your hotel room, why pay so much additional for a 5 star hotel. You could...

The hotel is 3 star and is walking distance to Pratunam Plaza, Pantip Plaza and Pratunam wholesale market. This is a good hotel if you want to use it only to sleep in the night. The room walls are dirty. The A/C was OK and the bathroom fairly OK with the hot water working. The buffet breakfast was horrible and...

I book here 3 nights. first up, the receptionist is rude and speaks minimal English. Very kurang ajar fella. Rooms are dated but working. Location is awesome. 1 minute walk to family Mart. 2 minutes to 7 eleven. Right outside the hotel, tuk tuk and taxis are ample. Will stay here again.
