This was the first hostel we stayed at on our trip and it was a great welcome. Super cheap prices for food and drinks, rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were great - hot shower included! Would definitely stay here again, really helpful and friendly staff who were ready to help with any traveller needs!

Modern and clean, bathrooms are great. Our dorm had no windows but was fine with big lockers. They provide towels and breakfast is good value at 65 baht. Not many people were chatting in the main area but there was usually a group of people outside drinking and smoking.

Great toilets/showers; well-stocked bar with cold beers on demand; decent common area; great rooms; very friendly staff. This place is surely one of the best hostels in Bangkok - book without hesitation. I was really really impressed.

I've spent 2 months in hostels in Asia on this trip, and this place was the worst by far. I understand it's not the staff's fault, but just be aware of the kind of people this hostel can attract. I've stayed at party hostels before, so understand a good night of fun. Here is was 4 boorish guys returning to...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
