Terrible staff. The room smells like a cigarette. Poor sound proof You can have better choices in this area.

I was a bit skeptical when I first set foot in the hotel. However I stayed for 6 nights there and it was really awesome. It might be abit old but they're undergoing renovation works so some rooms are still good. It's location was good because it is near Minquan West station but still away from the city's hustle and...

They put me in a room without any windows yet they never control the smoker, the moment I go in to the room, there's heavy smoking smell and several other rooms doors were open as well with cigarette smoke coming smoke coming out from the room....

This is a terrible hotel. Dirty, smoky, not right place for family. The paint is peeling, the carpet is dirty. The shower curtain is fill with mold spot. The manager apologized but it was so bad. Do not recommend to anybody.
