Stayed for a night. Quite a nice, relaxing resort, family and kids friendly. The outdoor hotspring area is nicely decorated and totally enjoyable. The surroundings and view are quite nice also. The room is normal, only the tub is enjoyable with hot spring in room. The breakfast spread is good. Overall, quite a nice place for a night or maximum...

Chose this hotel based on recommendation by a Taiwanese friend - apparently the hotel is pretty popular with Malaysian and Singaporean tourists. it was quite expensive. Stayed one night in the tatami room, a new experience for me but the way the staff made up the bed could have been better. However, it could have been because it was rather...

We have not stayed in the actual hotel, so this review is for the day-use hot springs only. We have used these hot springs 5+ times over the past 8 or so years. We have also rented one of the by-the-hour private hot springs rooms in the annex, but that was many years ago. I recall it being very clean...

This is a famous hot spring resort in Taipei, and this is my first & last time to stay here. Front desk and concierge crews are unprofessional, waiters and waitress are lack of training and non passionate, I'm disappointed with all of the services here...

Day trip to Xinbeitou to experience the hot springs . Was recommended some high end japanese establishment but after seeing the private rooms we decided against it as it would bore the kids ( 6&7 years ). We ended up at spring city resort and used their outdoor hot springs which costed $1800 NT in total ( kids free) ....

4 of us stayed there for 1 night, we had twin rooms and the room was quite spacious. Bath room was equipped with a large bath and we could enjoy our hot spring in the room privately. Buffet breakfast was average, can't say it is good but not bad. As the hotel is situated nearly at the top point of...

I cannot comment on the quality of the resort as a hotel, but we walked up the hill and asked for a 1 hour hot springs room. The 1 hr room gives you access to one large room with a large, tub, a shower area, towels and other bathroom amenities. The 2 hr room gives you that plus a bed...

We didn't stay at the hotel. We visited their hot spring spa. We took the MRT from Taipei to Xinbeitou station and got on the complementary shuttle bus to the resort. We chose their Royal Spa room B for 3 persons. We got 20% discount on the price because it was a weekday. We had the room for 2 hours....
