We don't stay in the hotel but just visit outdoor hot spring because my friend thought that indoor was confined in a small room with bath tube size hot spring. The changing room for ladies is a bit hot but facilities are ok. View for outdoor hot spring is good and not too many people. Staff will keep the facilities...

We booked the japanese quad room for two nights. Upon arrival, we found the room to be dusty. There was no automatic turn down service to lay your Japanese beddings. We paid $550+ / night and shouldnt this be automatic? I am not being unreasonable here bcos in the daytime, there is the table in the middle of the room...

I got a nice spacious room with nice stone hot spring tub inside every room. Enjoyed the nice sulphur hot spring in the privacy of your own room. Breakfast is a simple spread of vegetarian/ western/ taiwanese porridge fare. Nothing to shout about but the coffee machine makes a good americano coffee.

We went on Tuesday and the place was not crowded. Didn't stay over, just in Beitou for an afternoon to enjoy the hotspring. Probably the only place in Beitou that allows family, male and female "communal" bathing together in swimsuit that is not of the public local pool type. There are several outdoor pools with different temperature, a garden and...

With a day free in Taiwan and to take a break from all the shopping, we decided to take a day trip to Xin Beitou. It is still located within, and it is a short mrt ride from the city centre. The environment is pretty rustic and surrounded by hills. Through friend's recommendation, we decided to visit Spring City Resort....

Dated hardware. We went on a long weekend and overall staff had a pretty stuffy attitude and was unhelpful. Food was decent. Recommend to book the restaurant, private hot spring rooms, and the transport bus early in advance (concierge won't tell you to do so until it is too late) as this will save u a lot of time.

We booked this property to celebrate our anniversary. As it was our first time staying, I wasn't sure what to expect. The shuttle bus service that's included picked us up from the metro station (no reservations are needed) and check in was smooth. (I even received a small gift bag put together with some small knock nacks as a gift...

We walked through 6 or 7 places that offered hot springs and they were all private, in a bathtub essentially. Spring City Resort is the only one with a large outdoor space with multiple different hot springs of varying temperatures, sizes and types (jacuzzi, waterfall, soaking tub, etc). This is where you want to go - at the top of...

The room is kind of old styled but every bathroom has its own private hot spring. This is very nice and the spring water is very good for skin too. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. Many locals like to come for dinner with hot spring too. However, some of the staffs are not really nice with their...

We stayed in a three beds room for a night. The room is clean, large with good facilities. The staff and the shuttle bus driver are very nice and helpful. The price is not expensive. I would recommend my friends stay in this hotel.
