This place was awesome. I went to Taiwan for a birthday backpack trip to celebrate my 21st last year. The location was great, few blocks away to the MRT station. Unfortunately I went there in a rainy season, so it kinda ruined my trip a lil. But anyway I love everyone in Amouwalker! They were all so friendly and it...

We stayed in double private room, the room was pretty big with bathroom attached. Location was great, MRT was super super near, and walking distance to Hua Shan Creative Park. The staff/host was only around from 11am to 11pm, so we practically didn't get to meet her at all during our stay. Overall this place is simple & well equipped...

The apartment is beautiful and emulates warmth, with a very helpful host. Great place to stay for those with little luggage, as you need to climb up 5 or 6 levels (depending on where your room is) of narrow stairs just to reach the apartment! Note that the entrance to the apartment can be a little hard to find, especially...

i had the best travel experience in my life, thanks to the Amouwalker's staffs & room-mates. Staffs are so helpful and friendly. I really want to visit Taiwan to meet them. Wonderful design and cleanliness. One wall was covered by children's charming drawings. At the Dining & living room, you can see beautiful city-sunset with nice smell of coffee. I...

Its my first trip to taiwan alone, wouldnt be worth it to stay in a hotel thus i opted for a hostel stay. Never regretted making this decision. The place may look a little rundown on the outside but its very well furnished on the inside. The place is very accessible as its just a 1min walk from the MRT...

It's a cozy little hostel with central location. It's literally next to the MRT station. I was staying at the 6 beds male dorm. The room is clean & the bed is comfy. I love the ambience of this hostel. The host treat everyone like friends instead of guests, and this make a difference! I love the rooftop garden, which...

I'm a fairly well traveled U.S. citizen and have stayed in everything from 5 star hotels to hostels. I have to say that I have not stayed in many hostels in Asia but Amouwalker was one of the best in which I've stayed anywhere in the world. The place is so complete. The common areas, like the living room, the...

Nice place. Nice staff. Just like living in the hostel in Europe. Everyone is so nice. Place not big, but just feel like home. Location is great just next to MRT! Only one draw back is stairs only!!!

“There are more rooms for women than there are for men. If more men show up than women they will open one of the rooms that are normally for women and make it exclusive for men. If you're a guy and have the option to choose that one although the regular mens bedroom is still ok.”
