Check in was smooth, we arrived prior to check in time however reception was able to allow us to check in early. All of the staff from reception to housekeeping were lovely and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The booking included free breakfast and free WiFi. All in all, fantastic value for money! Will stay there again when...

Stayed an entire week there. Location is very convenient 2mins to mrt, 1 if you have REALLLY long legs. Hotel is very clean, breakfast was ok. But the bathroom exceeded my expectations. They have different colored toothbrushes, so you wont have to guess which one is yours. And the toilet seat is heated and computerized, wow. Its all these little things that...

If I went to Taipei again, I would go to this hotel! My check-in experience was far better and smoother than the previous + next hotels (both 5 star!). Despite occasional language difficulties (some of the staff), all were helpful and made sure that I was able to enjoy what Taipei (+ Tainan) had to offer. My room was comfortable...

I stayed in Forward Hotel for 3 nights, and was one of the best ideas that I had in my trip. The hotel is close to the mrt Songjiang Nanjing just 3 minutes walking. The hotel is pretty big but located in a quiet area. When I got there the staff was really kind and helpful. I stayed in a...

As a tourist, the best part of this hotel for me is the very close proximity to the MRT station. The hotel is decorated very modernly and the room is well-maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly and courteous, especially Susan, the front counter supervisor. The complimentary breakfast is nothing extraordinary but it is certainly enough to keep one...

I really liked this hotel, the bed was very comfortable, it was absolutely spotless all the time, and the staff were extremely helpful. I've been travelling for 3 months and this has been my favourite place so far. Wifi was usually very good too. Easy access to everywhere in Taipei and beyond. The only bad point was when the room...

The hotel generally is nice. Its location is probably a double-edged sword. Conveniently located nearby the MRT Songjiang Nanjing, the area unfortunately doesnt have many places of interest, unlike the Taipei Main Station/Zhongshan/Ximending area which are just a few stops away. The room was comfortable and so was the bed, just it only had two pillows for a queen bed....

Great location (just a short 2min walk from the MRT station); loved the amenities (small gym + free laundry for guests) and the snacks and fruit offered on the first night were a lovely touch. Also provides free bottled water. Room is generally well-designed and comfortable, although the walls are so thin you can hear every conversation that happens in...

It's not in the usual tourist areas but it's just a few minutes walk to three bus stops and a subway station so it's easy to get around. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff is very helpful and go above and beyond what is expected. Breakfast isn't bad either. The area is safe and there are many...
