Firstly, coming from Singapore, this hotel has nothing to do with Fullertion hotels at all! It is Taipei Fullertion which has 3 establishments in Taipei only. Therefore there is no rewards point system of any sort. So do manage expections when you chose this hotel Checking in was normal and quite fast, no special impression, just a regular check in...

The location is fine for city hoppers. Both Taipei Arena and Taipei New Horizon Cultural area are within 15 minutes walk. This is an aged hotel but it is once a grand and great hotel in the history. One will be impressed by its spacious, clean and comfortable room. The Gym at roof is a bit worn out. Water leakage...

The location is a very safe location. Good restaurants in the area. Fun area to get out and walk around. The staff is friendly and the room rates are very reasonable. Clean rooms. My suggestion is to upgrade your room to the business floor .... well worth it.

I stayed here with my family a couple weeks ago. When first arriving, we were cheerfully greeted by the doorman, then pleasantly checked into our room. The room was a fairly good size, yet was noticeably aged. There was a lot of wear and tear on the baseboards and did not have a lot of light in the room. As...

This hotel needs a major renovation. Although the lift lobby on each floor looks impressive the interiors are old and dated. My biggest disappointment is with the bathroom. The urinal and bath tub are stained, some tile gratings are chipped and the drinking water tap had to be turned on from under the sink as it's "push" button was faulty....

There are several negative ratings after I've made a non-refundable reservation, I was worried when check-in. However, the Hotel staff are helpful and friendly, my first impression was not bad. My room is in Executive floor, it was quite well maintained, although indeed old style, there is a big King size bed with clean sheet, the carpet is clean. There...

Pros are its convenience and lovely staff. And that's it. Others need be renovated. Bathrobes are old and worn out. The wall next to the bathroom in the room we stayed had noticeably large spots. Disgusting! The most horrible thing is the bathroom. Bathroom tiles are of no quality that matches a hotel claimed 4-star; toilets and tubs are damn...

Fullerton East hotel looks alright from the outside but the interior is dated and needs a full refurb. Our room was spacious and easily fit two larger-than-normal twin beds. Beds are firm so not the most comfortable (but probably better for backs). Nice touch with the fresh fruit but they're tight with the complimentary water. Two bottles are provided daily...

I would vote 3.5 stars for this hotel for the location and the facilities (executive room). It's pretty close to MRT stations, Starbucks, Macdonald, tons of convenient stores, especially there is an excellent Taiwanese food restaurant nearby that you must try if you stay here (attached pictures). Helpful and lovely english speaking staff is also a plus (most Taiwanese dont...
