Clean and neat rooms within walking distance to the train station and shopping area. The breakfast in the Italian restaurant is quite nice. Lobby area is simple and access to the elevators area easy without having to walk very far.

However.... upon lifting the covers off the bed, i saw looked like blood stains on the mattress protector. called house keeping, and to their credit the bed was promptly stripped and new sheets put on. however to my horror, i then discovered blood stains on the carpet...

I stayed at this hotel at the end of a 2 week visit to Asia on Business and possibly came away with my most divided opinion of any hotel ever! Right off the bat the rooms at this hotel are absolutely fantastic, well-proportioned with good amenities and feel light and airy. The beds were very comfortable and the TV had...

I did jot write a review before but this was my second time staying at the Grand Victoria. Last time was years ago and there were constructions going on around the hotel. But after years passing, the area is pretty populated with malls and large supermarket etc. Naturally there is some traffic but bearable. The room was very clean and...

Good location. Friendly staff. Rooms clean and new but mine didn't have a tub. Breakfast had a limited spread. Wifi strong. Weddings constantly taking place in the hotel lawn and banquet halls, didn't disturb the hotel guests though. In fact was nice to see nice looking dressed up people all the time! Taxis and the train station nearby but Uber...

If you can stay away from city center, pick the Grand Victoria. It is located in a northern neighborhood, very modern and vibrant area. a lot of restaurants and bars and close to metro. Service is friendly and cooperative, Rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast bar is very rich.

There's a shopping mall right opposite that has all the international fast food and also a supermarket. The hotel is also situated its minutes away from the mrt if one needs to go down to...

One of the best hotels in the region. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, the bathroom spectacular with L'Occitane shower gel, shampoo and after shampoo large bottles (finally a place which is generous and lets you shower with enough product), the toilets automatic and a great view of a green mountain which only adds to the nice experience. The breakfast...

Good value for money - I was on business trip in Taipei and the hotel is situated 15 min from my office. I liked my room very much. It was clean and "rich". The breakfast was OK. For dinner you can go 50meters to nearest shopping mall and choose from tens of restaurants.
