During our holiday in Nepal the staff at our hotels were very friendly with no exception. At Narayani Safari hotel they were not only friendly and attentive, they were just amazing. They were so committed to make us feel comfortable and to make our stay a wonderful experience, it was incredible! The food was excellent. The rooms were big and... More

On a tour of India and Nepal, this was my absolutely favourite hotel. The others were all a bit 'if it's Tuesday it must be Belgium' - corporate and anonymous. Narayani is quirky and individual. Lovely rooms. Only down side is no wifi in the rooms - but there's free wifi on the verandah/restaurant area. Oh - some people complained... More

Had two nights at the lodge and loved every minute! Staff were wonderful especially our waiter Su San (?). How they turn out such high quality food is amazing. The rooms are basic but comfortable ( we shared ours with Larry the Lizard!). Lots to do here in a great location. Well done!

Great 2 night stay at this place, made all the better by the wonderful friendly staff, who went out of there way to make sure we had a good time, whether at meal times, during excursions, or just in general chat and helping me practice my Nepalese! If any of them are reading us, thanks; derri ramrod!

Fantastic hotel in the middle of nowhere! Great food, nice accommodations and the location is amazing! The staff was extremely attentive and worked very hard to ensure we were well taken care of. The guides are very knowledgeable and immersed us in the culture and wildlife of Chitwan. It was a truly amazing and relaxing experience. There is nothing like... More

Rooms clean and comfortable with plentiful hot water. Occasional power cuts can affect air conditioning but this wasn't too troublesome. Food and service are excellent and views of the river from the dining area are beautiful - interesting to watch birds and wildlife and the local people going about their everyday bathing, wood collecting etc. There is no tv or... Stayed here for two nights on Riviera Tour. Enjoyed a fabulous stay here, clean comfortable basic accommodation with great service from the lovely staff. Great location on edge of Chitwan National Park. The rooms are arranged in a series of semi detached bungalows, the restaurant bar area with terrace overlooking the river was lovely. To be honest our first impressions of Narayani Safari Hotel were disappointing ; it is located a the edge of the national park, adjacent a village and the entrance looked a bit run down and grubby. We stayed for three nights and had a really suberb and memorable time and it goes to show first impressions can be very misleading!!... More
