Close to the main drag and lake but also just far enough that noise pollution is less of a problem at night. Staff were super friendly and accommodating - very eager to please. I stayed for two nights. The first night I had a spacious room with huge window and ensuit - the toilet bowl was cracked so I changed...

& in fairness that is my only real complaint! Located close to shops and restaurants, this is a simple, clean, basic Lodge. There are 2 gardens with views over Pokhara, one with 2 lovely hammocks, and meals and refreshments are served on them, despite the climbs. Mind you, we preferred to walk a 100m and enjoy the great choice of...

This hotel is clean and spacious, providing hot water 24 hours a day. It is round the corner from the main string of restaurants , shops, laundry service and the lake.It offers basic accommodation in rather shabby rooms but the points in its favour are the price; the fact that there was never any problem with hot water; the sunny...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on the bottom floor right by the entrance. The mosquito nets in the windows were broken and the outside windows did not close so there were a lot of bugs in the room. There were ants in the shower walls, behind the sink and around our bedroom, including our bed. We woke...

I went there in the high season so only the cheapest room where available. The neighbours were very noisy impossible to sleep in. I was usually woken up at 6am. There was a lot of insects in the room (ants everywhere in the shower). The toilet worked every so often. However the view on the roof top is amazing. It...

This is the PLACE TO BE in Pokhara Lakeside. The wonderful German host Karen is making sure that your stay is just wonderful. The little Mount Fuji has the highest rooftop terrace with an unobstructed view to the lake, the mountains as well as to the city and countryside. The rooms are a little outdated, but the personal assistance of...

The Coffe from the Coffe Farm is the best and also the Nepali Stuff is kind, fast and friendly. I highly recommend this...

Our stay (two nights) was short, but long enough for Pokhara. Beautiful scenery and the rooftop terras of the hotel is great in the morning for the sunrise. When we arrived at the hotel, we noticed that we were the only guests. January is a quick month and Karin, the owner was not there. The place looked as if it needed...

As previous posts have indicated, the hotel in clean, well located and managed by a helpful German women. However, I left after finding another hotel (Sacred Valley Inn) which was every bit as good in every way(better showers in fact) but at $15, exactly half the price of the Mt Fuji.

A really great small hotel run by German management (thank you Karen), with well-trained local staff. About 200 metres up a side road from the main Pokhara Lakeside strip with plenty of restaurants, bars and views of the lake. The hotel has 3 floors and an iron spiral staircase to the roof which commands a great and pretty much unobstructed...

“During our stay of about two weeks we had three different rooms, because we went away to go trekking and returned two times. Every room was good and quiet and comfortable. In the first half of march hotel rooms in Nepal are normally cool, so you need a little more clothes in that time.”
