Preferably you get there by boat... The staff picks you up for a 30 minutes relaxing boat ride. The welcoming then was well organized including necessary information for the stay.Excellent cottage with all that you need and a very nice restaurant. After 270 steps you can also take a walk in the surroundings and better watch the Mountains, coffe plantations... More

Resort is located end of Begnas Lake, surrounded by Mountain (like Prison), no air flow, they collect full payment in advance, if you want to pay through credit card they charged you extra. Room with open Bath in entrance, which we didn’t enjoy. Food was Good. Overall not very good stay at Begnas Lake Resort.

We visited this hotel on the way from Pokhara to Kathmandu. The turn off is from Begnas Taal chowk and the road is quite good. Very scenic place, on the bank of Begnas lake. From the top of the road there are quite a few steps down to the reception area, so may not go well with older people or... More

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Pokhara, and spend a peaceful time beside a lake, this is the place to be. Excellent location: there cannot be a better place than this near Begnas. Food: Freshness is the theme here. Simply getting to drink a cup of fresh beans organic coffee grown in the very district makes... More

I had the privilege of staying at the Begnas Lake Resort in October 2015. Nestled away on the side of a hill cut into the forest, the resort sits right on the lake side. I found the manager, Arjun and his team to be fantastic taking care of our every need. The location is perfect for those that want to... More

After trekking in the Annapurna area, Begnas Lake resort was a wonderful, relaxing, quiet and beautiful place to stay. Hidden in the hillside, the slow approach by boat was already soothing and the many steps up to the small village above made sure that you kept up your fitness levels. A walk uphill to the Begnas Coffee shop (organic) is... More

What a peaceful, beautiful and caring place to come to for relaxing, regenerating and refuelling! I enjoyed a beachfront bungalow (furnished in tibetan style) with a generous balcony and direct views out of the window onto the lake; sunrise, midday and sunset swims in the warm clear water to the sound of tropical birds & cicadas; professional ayurveda treatment to... We loved this place. Great way to get away from it all and relax in a little paradise. Great location, great views, quiet, relaxing, good food. Not for people that like busy cities, restaurant options, night life, etc.
