The owner and his wife were also there to assist with where to go and things to do in and around. I will surly go...

Stayed here for a few days to get away from it all. Lovely, homely atmosphere, really relaxing and great food. Beautiful gardens and a very cute room. Lovely to be able to have a dip in the pool to cool down. Would recommend although you have to be prepared for a bit of a hike to get there or back...

Than you for your kind comments. Yes it is a 15 minute hike up the trail, just to get you fit for your trek or you can come up the stony road by taxi. Hope to see you again. Joe

I am a regular at the Castle and have know Joe and Sophia for many years. Prior to my initial stay at the Castle I spent 15 years in other Pokhara town accommodations and have a good idea what to expect. The peace, views, pool, birds and butterflies that make the Castle very serene is in my estimation what make the...

Thank you Purdypron for your kind review. Glad you found out about our one and only poor review, in fact he had two dogs and he put them into the pool and was abusive when my staff told him to get them out. Joe

I use to come here with some other ex-pats in town last summer. Nice place, expensive but a nice pool to beat the heat. Takes forever to get an order and every time I was there the staff was stoned and/or drinking. That's not the reason for my bad review though. I used to take my puppy up there with...

We had lunchpackets with chickenwings and a bottle red wine with us and enjoyed the fabulous few on the himalayas. At night we all set by the fire and had a...

For resting and swimming you can't find a better place to stay here. The view is beautiful over the lake. But if you want to see something therefor the location is very poor. It costs you 500 Rupie to go up and the way is terrible. At our time the internet doesn't working. And for an extra cup of tee...
