Whenever in Pokhara this place is the only place I would stay. You are served not like a guest but as the person who is in residence. You are left to enjoy the ambience of your surroundings. The rooms are wonderfull in their simplicity. The beauty of the surroundings are indicative of the demeanour of the the owners. The place...

I very much enjoyed my stay of 3 nights at Sacred Valley Inn. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, with pleasant bathroom and plenty of hot water. Everything very clean. I enjoyed the balcony attached to my room, and the roof top space as well. There is a delightfully scented white bougainvillaea 'Queen of the Night' growing at the...

I have visited Pokhara many times and always stay at one of Ganga's hotels - either Sacred Valley or Nirvana. Reasonable, spacious, clean rooms; excellent breakfast; staff who are always helpful but never overbearing. Both hotels have wonderful roof space with mountain views and also hidden away garden or courtyard greenery even though they are so central. Staff will arrange...

I stayed at SVGH and was made really welcomed. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I had the best cakes & coffee there! The room was comfortable and quiet with a much appreciated ensuite. The guest house is situated close to Lakeside. Staff local knowledge is excellent. Thank you all!

No frills but a comfortable place to call home base in Lakeside, Pokhara. Good location, clean room, plenty of hot water, friendly and helpful staff and a nice view from the rooftop on a clear day. I'd recommend it for budget travelers.

I was visiting Pokhara with a friend and she went trekking for 5 days so I was on my own. Not having much experience with traveling I was apprehensive about where I stayed. The staff at Sacred Valley were accommodating and made me feel safe while providing tasty breakfast and laundry service. Also, rooms were cleaner then other hotels in...

Not a bad place to start with nice views from roof terrace. Room dark and cramped. Coffee not great. Hot water ? Have to be up really early. Breakfast nice though. Not great value in comparison to other places. Very noisy from very street. It would be nothing without its view. This view is available elsewhere!!

Dear Martina I have to say I am a little surprised at your review considering you stayed for 8 nights. As you mention there are lots of other places to stay so I would have thought you would have considered leaving earlier if you found us 'not so great'. That is also the first time I heard our rooms described...

We stayed recently for five weeks. The owners and staff are very friendly, extremely well informed and able to advise about possible activities. Rooms are clean. Service is outstanding. Food is good, though limited in range. Coffee is the best in Lakeside. Prices are very reasonable. You will have to work hard to find anywhere better. We shall certainly go...
