The hotel is clean and comfortable. Located not so far from Thamel, and the garden is nice. Got a good tour offer from the nice hotel manager which comes with a best price. Good Food and Friendly People who works here that makes you feel like a family.

We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, did not stay at the hotel. The food was good, restaurant opened early. Although it did take some time for the food to arrive. Delicious milk tea. To get there you need to walk up and down an alley with lots of construction. Staff were nice. Price was okay. Food was okay.

Location is perfect. very close to bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel has roof deck where you can have a view of the hills around Kathmandu and during the night you can just grab a beer and chillax.

The Hotel Blue Horizon is one of those fine neighbourhood hotels you are delighted to return to. Three years after my first stay at the Blue Horizon, I had the pleasure of recently (May 2016) returning there - before and after a trek to the Hidden Kingdom of Mustang. While it is located in the heart of the boisterous tourist/trekking...
